Hotel terbaik di Salzburg

Biliknya bagus, katil selesa. Kelemahannya ialah anda perlu memesan pembersihan terlebih dahulu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, jika tidak, tiada siapa yang akan membersihkan tempat anda, tidak ada cerek. 2 minit berjalan kaki ke stesen, 20 minit ke pusat. Terdapat bayaran tambahan untuk daftar masuk awal (seperti 15 euro)

The hotel is amazing and very clean. It has it unique personality. It is in a great locatio, close to restaurants and shops . I will definitely stay there again when visiting Salzburg Hortencia From Dallas, TX

The design of the bathroom was awkward, resulting in the floor outside of the shower cubicle to ”flood” every time. Shower gel was empty for 2 days and it took a call for them to replenish it, while towels were not refreshed. Lastly the much vaulted rooftop restaurant does not have a view, and service was appalling, preferring to provide service non Asian customers and neglect my table. And the server will retort you when you brought it up. Only saving grace was location

設施：裝修豪華大氣，古樸典雅。入住過很多音樂大師和各界名人。位置方便就在莫扎特出生地對麪。早餐豐富考究。停車要到停後面公共的地下停車場，很近，還給了停車場優惠卷。

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and clean, all the amenities and facilities were amazing and the location was good.

Very clean hotel. Very kind staff. free sparkling water upon arrival. Location is a bit far away from centre, which is 40 minutes walk away and in the evening it's quite hard to get back without a car after visiting the Christmas markets.

預定的是這個酒店，但實際酒店沒有營業，將2人轉移到了旗下另一家酒店，距離頗遠，而且事先並沒有通知我們，是我們出發前打電話到廣場旅館確認時才發現酒店因為疫情關門了。詢問后酒店方再告知我們換酒店了，還算幸運，出發前知道了，不然，要走冤枉路了。

酒店環境很好，很漂亮！ 酒店在半山腰，環境很好，空氣清新，景色很美！ 酒店餐飲也每周可能會換菜色，有評價上周的去，你這周去可能就沒有了

酒店地址位置非常好，就在市中心的糧食衚衕。酒店很有藝術氛圍，服務也很好。但是客房沒有迷你吧，沒有冰箱。
