The ambience at hotel lobby and the room are tropical forest, it's nice and different from others. However it will be great if a water kettle and mugs can be available in the room instead of in the lobby because the weather in Salzburg tends to be cold so it is comfort if we can have hot water at anytime in our room.

It's been a great stay here and I'd definitely recommend this hotel for travellers who have larger luggages or things to carry since it's so close to the main station.
Service is good as well and staff are really friendly and helpful. Cocoon is an eco friendly hotel, all the more to support!
Love the bathroom as well, it's clean and most importantly, water doesn't leak out the shower door like some hotel bathrooms do.
Breakfast selection is the best amongst the few hotels I visited in Austria. Truly enjoyed my stay!

Excellent hotel, very convenient place and good value for money. Like the theme of the hotel - cocoon, even the blankets were so comfortable that i felt like a cocoon being wrapped in the blankets. Very friendly front desk and the breakfast selection was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for the trip !

The location for Cocoon is excellent as it is just 2 mins walk from the train station, 15 mins bus ride away from the old town and 30 mins straight bus ride to the airport. The room is very spacious, new and clean. The bed is big and comfortable too! Except that there is no hot kettle nor fridge in the hotel room. There is a shared hot kettle placed in the lobby for sharing among guests and a place to refill your bottle.

Nice hotel with strategic location, few steps away from the main train station. It's really look exactly the same like the photos. The station next to the hotel looks like interchange. Most of the buses will stop by here. Bus from hotel to old town is about 10mins away. Staff in the hotel is friendly and kind. I will definitely come back again! Had a pleasant stay over 2 nights here.

Good location near Salzburg HBF, room is adequate and clean. Only gripe is there’s no mini fridge in the room so unable to store food.
