Hotel San Antonio dengan Sarapan

I recently attended a wonderful conference at the Plaza San Antonio Hotel and Spa. Beautiful rooms, amazing bed, loved the grounds and amenities. Special mention to Amina and Helena at the front desk for going above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. A big thanks also to Chloe for the great breakfast service at Corinne, and great barista coffee to revive a jet lagged traveller!

The Menger is a hotel with much character. The historic architecture, antique furniture and overall setting is amazing. It's like staying in a museum. The rooms a large and comfortable. The bar is cozy and friendly. I had a bit of a problem with the TV, and engineering was at my door almost as soon as I hung up the phone! I highly recommend it for business or leisure travel.

Nicely located by Great America, Rim-shopping Center and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean and modern accommodations. Small hotel room, nice bathroom, small mini fridge, no in-room microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Only one chair in room. Have to keep logging into the Internet every day to use. Valet parking only, very inconvenient and expensive. Not a good fit for daily coming and going. If something is left in the car you still need to get the valet to get your items. Self park options not available. Might be all right for a one night stay but not for more than two. Full service breakfast only offered Friday through Sunday, dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Small grab and go coffee shop open every day. Nice gym with water fill. Offers both indoor and outdoor pools.

We regret staying at this hotel. The place is dirty. The elevator button panel and carpet is dirty. The hallway carpet is dirty. The towels are old and they either had hair from their previous user on them or were discolored from being old or both. We were given a slightly pink wash cloth. Like it was washed with a red piece of clothing that bled out in the wash. Instead of throwing it away they used it. The bathroom floor had loose tiles because water is getting underneath due to poor installation when it was remodeled. The light switch in the bathroom has not been wiped down in a long time. The shower was gross. There was hair on the shower walls when we got there. The housekeeping staff while nice, do not do a good job of cleaning. Best Western should look into who over is running this place because it really is gross. I will stick to other hotel companies instead of giving BW more of my money.

VERY, VERY tired hotel. Very disappointed. Gives the impression that they are going to demo it. Staff were not that friendly at all. Unable to get any coffee from the lobby like many other hotels. On our first day went for breakfast and ofter seating ourselves the server arrived 20 minutes later to advise us that he was unable to make any further meals. The hotel did credit our room $10-00 each. The following morning was quite the opposite with coffee, juice & a cooked breakfast served. Yeh.. The hall-ways and all rooms that we saw needed the carpet replaced, the ceiling all needed painting and especially the bathrooms that had what looked like black mould ? as well as paint flaking. This area definitely needs an extractor fan of some type. In the main room area paint also flaking from ceiling, plastic corners coming of the internal corners. Air conditioner sounded like a '737' taking off. All in all we won't be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending this place. Very disappointed.

It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.
