Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di San Antonio

This newly developed hotel is a hidden gem! I am from San Antonio, and found this hotel by first visiting the Anaqua Garden Bar, and realized a night stay would be amazing. The overly hospitable staff, and amazing amenities really made this hotel match its charm. The earthy tones throughout the grounds give you a sense of relaxation and zen. The restaurant, Corinne, is amazing as well. We ordered the oysters, the Caesar salad, the fried bread, and the truffle bucatini. Not a single complaint can be made about our food and experience. I own an airbnb here in the city, and will definitely steal some of the color schemes and ideas of furniture, as it truly is amazing. This is genuinely the best hotel and San Antonio, as I’ve stayed in different places here in town, simply because the experience the staff gives you is matched with the beautiful ambiance.

The Menger is a hotel with much character. The historic architecture, antique furniture and overall setting is amazing. It's like staying in a museum. The rooms a large and comfortable. The bar is cozy and friendly. I had a bit of a problem with the TV, and engineering was at my door almost as soon as I hung up the phone! I highly recommend it for business or leisure travel.

Will never be coming back here again and would never recommend this hotel. There were multiple problems within our only two-day stay. When we arrived we were told that vallet is mandatory even though there is a guest parking lot less than a block away. When we asked about the guest parking lot they said that they wouldn't be liable for any damages if someone vandalized or broke into our car in the guest parking lot, insinuating that there WOULD be damages to our car. There was no information prior to our stay that told us the only parking option is valet. The attendant at the front desk went on to provide multiple horror stories of people having their car broken into strictly because they parked in the guest parking lot. After doing some research we found out that even in the valet, your car will be broken into. It was unnecessary for the person at the front desk to try these scare tactics and guilt us into getting the valet. After that, the front desk attendant proceeded to charge my wife's card for the room and for the security deposit even though I already provided them with my card prior to check in online and it was charged already for the room and for the security deposit. After checking in, we were told that there is no housekeeping service unless you pay a $90 fee and room service is not and option. The hallway leading to our room reeked of animal or human urine and trash was left unattended outside of multiple rooms. On one of the days the elevator had vomit in it that had not properly been cleaned. The hotel mentions that there are multiple eating options, most of which are temporarily closed. Would definitely not recommend staying here especially since they are considering themselves a luxury resort.

Hotel was clean, newly remodeled. It was more than I expected for the price paid. My wife is in a wheelchair so we were in the handicapped room. The owner stopped to visit with us during breakfast and I told him that the bed in handicapped was too high and there needed to be more shelf space for toiletries in the handicapped bathroom. He said he would look into it. Should be great for next guest.

VERY, VERY tired hotel. Very disappointed. Gives the impression that they are going to demo it. Staff were not that friendly at all. Unable to get any coffee from the lobby like many other hotels. On our first day went for breakfast and ofter seating ourselves the server arrived 20 minutes later to advise us that he was unable to make any further meals. The hotel did credit our room $10-00 each. The following morning was quite the opposite with coffee, juice & a cooked breakfast served. Yeh.. The hall-ways and all rooms that we saw needed the carpet replaced, the ceiling all needed painting and especially the bathrooms that had what looked like black mould ? as well as paint flaking. This area definitely needs an extractor fan of some type. In the main room area paint also flaking from ceiling, plastic corners coming of the internal corners. Air conditioner sounded like a '737' taking off. All in all we won't be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending this place. Very disappointed.

It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

Kami memutuskan untuk bermalam dan memilih Sheraton Gunter untuk penginapan kami. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat indah dengan banyak sejarah yang terkenal dengan tempat tinggal dan barang antik yang lain. Kakitangan sangat akomodatif, terutamanya apabila seorang kakitangan meluangkan masa dari jadual sibuk mereka untuk memberi kami lawatan yang menghantui ☺☺! Kami SUKA kolam mereka kerana ia mempunyai ruang duduk di dalam sekitar kolam, yang membantu saya kerana arthritis saya dan dapat duduk dan berehat di dalam air apabila saya ingin berehat. Satu-satunya aduan yang saya ada ialah saya berharap mereka mempunyai dobi tetamu kerana ia akan memudahkan urusan terutama apabila melancong dengan anak-anak. Selain itu, saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini, walaupun dalam suite bukan biasa, biliknya sangat luas, katilnya sangat selesa, dan sangat dekat dengan restoran, dan tarikan pelancong lain.
