Great experience here, the room was great and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The staff friendly at the front desk and the restaurant and bar. Charles the bartender was amazing, very professional, and extremely friendly. Overall, will look to stay here again.

Pros: - shuttle to Sea World, Grill staff, and good breakfast buffet with drinks.
Cons: Housekeeping skipped our room while we were out at Sea World. Coming back dirty and exhausted to an uncleaned room was not fun. The front desk did bring us up fresh towels and washcloths. One of the queen beds had a significant separation in the mattress. I’m not sure what caused it but it felt like a canyon in my back both nights. The room needed a lot of updating and painting.
Overall the cons were pretty significant for us considering the price we paid for the two nights stayed.

The staff at Holiday Inn Seaworld were very professional friendly and very polite. I was there for a family emergency situation when my brother passed all your staff: Alicia, Christian, Velma. Fabiola & Mario just to name a few were very sympathetic and caring to my time in need.
To management know that you have a great wonderful crew. I will certainly tell all my friends and family about your hotel and I will absolutely be staying there again. Thank you for your hospitality.
