Ulasan Travelodge by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland AFB North

It was the dirtiest, most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very unhelpful and asked us to give them our credit card PIN number? The photos of the hotel displayed are not the hotel, but other hotels in the city. It says it’s a Travelodge but when you find it on maps, it’s a Motel 6, so I don’t know what company this hotel is under but it seems very dodgy. I would never stay here again and would recommend to everyone to go somewhere else.

Bad business I was charged $150 & I didn’t even stay there, pictures don’t match the hotel. It’s on a bad/sketchy side of town. Ruined my whole trip. Ended up staying a different hotel. Would not recommend to anybody traveling.

Great place, located next to lots of restaurants and am able to walk.

That there are a lot of things that didn't work the sink leaked everywhere one towel, ac was crazy and roaches

The room was filthy. Hair in the bathtub and the sheets were stained with what looked to be blood. The manager was rude and disrespectful when we brought up the issues. It was such a bad experience we did not even stay the night but instead went to a different establishment. We also did not get our security deposit back even though we didn’t even sleep there.

Only good thing was there was hot water with pressure, yet it eas brownish. Vagrants waking me up at 4am going through the trash can. Then at 5am the Alfred Hitchcock black birds were carrying on by the 100's. Cigarettes buns on the blanket and sheets. Door had a gap over an inch to et any bug crawl in. I killed a few cockroaches.

This property was a catfish. Looked nothing like the pictures. Had roaches. Disgusting . The entire property should be demolished.

Be qwell aware that the photos you seen on his ad are NOT what you get and it is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH worse. It is obvious that they do not care about the property or their guests in the least. This place is in major need of a new owner who will get it in shape. I've stayed in hotels al over the world and this is beyond anything I thin k I have ever seen. Then, they want to charge you a deposit for your legitimate service animal with proper paperwork, then they charge you pet "fee" in addition, and then want to charge you deposit and refund it to you when you check out. They say it is for incidentals but I am not sure exactly what "incidentals" one might get from this place. Please, save your money and go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

The staff were actually really nice. But do not stay here this place is horrible. It’s is nothing remotely close to the pictures

The only problem was there was too many roaches besides that room was nice and clean. Wonderful friendly staff

The stay was convenient and check in was fast and easy. The rooms were ok for the price but there was a lot of noise from side rooms and upstairs room.. We chose to just leave it to prevent issues with other customers.
