離哪裡都很遠 非常不方便 除非自己租車 否則不推薦 衹能天天吃自助餐 旁邊啥都沒有 吃的有點噁心了 酒店區域非常重要

When I first arrived on the property, I was stunned at how gorgeous the resort was plus the facilities. Unfortunately, our trip only went downhill from here. I think the biggest disappointment was the food. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet and every single thing I tried was too salty- to the point it was unedible and couldn't eat (and I am someone who loves salt and usually adds it to every meal). Looking back, I assume they do this so that customers order more tricks. The rooms are great, but not 5 star quality. When we arrived there were cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling, our shampoo was empty, a weird smell came from the tub drain...little details that matter in a 5 star resort.

Serenity, as the hotel is named, is certainly how I felt for the during of this holiday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. From the staff, to the facilities, there’s nothing I could fault. The adults only sunset terrace, the location, the hotel design, the facilities and the food, were some standouts! I’d recommend to literally everyone.

We stayed here for one night in April 24 following a late flight. We dined at sidecar which was lovely and the breakfast was good. However there were some maintenance issues in the room and the whole hotel is looking tired and dated. There are no maps and no signage so way finding is not easy. Overall a lovely hotel but room for improvement.

This was our 5th stay at this resort over the last 10 years and always enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, great rooms and good food. Away from the noise up the mountain roads but easy to drive up and down when needed to have a day out. We always book half board allowing for breakfast, then a day out and a nice evening meal back at the resort. Always book connecting rooms, allowing for our kids to have their own room and showers. On this stay we had did have an issue with some electricity failure in one room but the staff swiftly addressed moving us to an upgraded set of rooms at no extra cost. This was appreciated by all family.

I’m sadden by some of the reviews on here. My husband and I have travelled the world and quite simply this is the best hotel we’ve been to in terms of rooms, views, food and tranquility. We were going to cancel as Jet2 sent a message to say there was noisy building work going on. We can see the building site, the occasional hammering noise (not loud at all!) and a crane turning occasionally. There’s more noise from the Canary birds 😂. Please don’t be put off, honestly I’m not short in coming forward to complain but I can truly say I have no complaints here at all. Thank you Salobre team! Special mention to the delightful breakfast host Adam who was ready with a lovely smile each morning. A real credit to Salobre!

Jet2 Indulgent escape. Very disappointed with the room 510 view. Supposedly room with views over mountains and golf course. On arrival Reception said it was the last room available but offered to give us a better one for 40 Euro pp per night Jet2 Helper Lauren ignored us. Avoid room 510

We were spending time in a villa but we went over to the hotel and asked if we could use their facilities which we were allowed to do, but there were only 2 out of 4 swimming pools that where for kids one of them was tiny and the other one was really busy and one of them was freezing and the other was mid temp, the adult pools were warm, very big and beautiful. If you’re a family I would not recommend because there are only two small pools you can visit, both of which were busy.

The hotel has a great location. Spa is great. We hired a car from Avis from the hotel - car was damaged. The Avis company never refunded our money or got in touch with us. The manager promised to help but failed!! Sadly we did not feel well looked after.
