My Fiancé and I came to eat at the Lobby bar and had the most amazing experience. Our server Shelby was an absolute delight and provided exceptional service during our visit. She truly embodies what it means to be both fun and professional, making for an unforgettable dining experience. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but her professionalism and personable demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious and renovated enough. It was clean and the staff were attentive when we needed towels and sheets. I popped a fuse and they fixed it very quickly. The food at the bar and restaurant were very good and Charlie was a star! The pool, hot tub and grounds were all very pleasant and we didn’t hear any dogs barking! There is a little strip mall right next to the hotel with water, alcohol, pizza and pho noodles and 2 minutes (walking) further is a large strip mall with everything needed. The hotel is right off the 5 which makes it convenient.

Room smelled musty and felt tired. Carpet is freyed. No towels available in the pool area. Waited 2 hrs and they kept saying they’ll have towels in 15 mins. We finally haves up and went home. The hotel needs major renovations and it seems to have been neglected. I was very disappointed.

#好評#對酒店氣味，走廊隔音，鄰近店舖，鄰近活動，房間大小滿意；向所有的希尔顿酒店一样，各方面不是最好，但总体够用。酒店大堂环境不错，房间够大，属于里外套间。早餐还可以，值得称赞的是入住会给4人的餐券，外面的沙发可以改成床，还给提供了额外的浴巾，只是我没用上，如果一家出油，应该性价比还是不错。酒店应该是有历史了，如果房屋的开关面板没有更换过，那应该是上世纪的装备，使用起来很有年代感，如果真是这样，不知道它见证了几代人的欢乐时光。卫生也还不错，只是给的房间在2楼离设备间有些近，噪音有些大。酒店免费停车，因为之前看有评论说每晚50美金，所以一直提心吊胆，还好没收费。不足之处是酒店的健身房和游泳池都比较小，但这也符合希尔顿的标准，毕竟星级在这儿摆着呢。酒店对面就是商圈逛起来很爽，还有海底捞和贵陕一家的米粉吃。如果是一家出游是个不错的选择。

Uncomfortable bed which gave me a backache, housekeeping services every 4 days unless you request it, ran out of shower gel and shampoo, room wasn't super clean. Bathroom sink so clogged up I simply used the bathtub to clean up and brush my teeth. Maintenance did correct the issue. When I asked for more shampoo and shower gel I did get a short refill. Balconies are REALLY tiny. Surprise after my trip that I had to pay for parking! This was a pre-paid in full business trip and the fact that you had to pay for parking was an after-the-fact unhappy update. I didn't even have a vehicle the entire time.

Terdapat bau apak yang luar biasa, kemungkinan besar berada di tepi pantai. Suite-suitenya kurang memuaskan. Tempat letak kenderaan suite kecil, dari pintu masuk ke bahagian dalam. Tidak ada lif ke suite, jadi semua tangga untuk mereka yang banyak. Banyak perkara yang terbang di sekitar, nyamuk saya fikir? Katakan saja kawalan perosak tidak dikendalikan dengan baik. Suite-suite juga kembali, jadi hampir tidak ada pemandangan tepi pantai dari balkoni dengan bangunan depan yang menutupinya. Bilik mandi mempunyai tekanan air yang rendah, jadi berhati-hatilah untuk tidak menyumbat tandas. Dapur kecil di suite bagus, kerana mereka tidak menyediakan sarapan. Kami berjalan ke kedai runcit terdekat, Vons, dan mengambil beberapa daging dan telur. Kemudahannya cukup bagus. Lembaran itu benar-benar berbau seperti orang tua. Kolam renang dan jakuzi adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan setelah seharian bersenang-senang di pantai. Sekiranya anda ingin pergi ke pantai lain, atau snorkeling / berkayak, anda mungkin ingin memikirkan semula lokasi ini. Hotel ini berjarak 7 minit dari La Jolla Shores dengan kereta, tetapi tidak berjalan kaki dengan berjalan kaki. Menyewa skuter Burung juga bukan pilihan, kerana mereka tidak membenarkan anda mengakhiri perjalanan anda di mana saja di La Jolla Shores. Masa terus berlalu dan wang anda terus habis. Our stay at La Jolla Beach and tennis club was perfection. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman that checked us in was super nice and helpful. We had a room with a kitchenette and it was big and comfortable for us. Yes, the rooms could use renovations. The carpets are old and in some spots had tears along the edges. Our room had a slight musky smell and to me it’s from the old carpeting. The furniture is old and just the overall room def needs updating. However, I will say everything was very clean. I had no issues with the cleanliness and the service provided by the room attendant throughout our stay. Breakfast and service at the restaurant was very good as well. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Now let’s talk about what truly makes this place a gem. It’s the beautiful beachfront property. You’re literally steps from the beach. So relaxing and beautiful and worth a million bucks. The amenities are great and though also showing a little dated was not a big deal for us. Dinner at The Marine Room was perfection and delicious. Honestly, I can’t wait to come back.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Samantha. Where do I even begin...Samantha really went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was amazing, and it was. Even on Christmas day, Samantha was so happy, helpful and cheerful. The level of customer service that she provided was phenomenal and she is a great asset to the Hilton team.
