When we arrived we found out that the pool had been closed. The add said parking available we didn't know there was a $10 per night fee. the first morning we got up to shower and there was no water pressure in the shower so you had to splash water on from the tub faucet to remove the soap. After talking to the front desk we were to that maintenance would be sent to make repairs. Upon returning late that night i checked the shower and nothing had been done. the next morning we talked to the front desk, the said they would send maintenance up. We waited when he showed up he said there was a gasket stuffed inside the pipe upon removing it we had pressure. After this for the next 3 days they didn't clean our room. After contacting the front desk they said that we had probably put out our don not disturb sign or that we must have had a pet. the customer service was horrible. Upon our checkout we asked to speak to the manager who was helpful in removing the parking fee. She also said she would give us a free night at a Wyndam property anywhere we wanted to use it. I haven't seen that yet. I hope we can get this rectified. We have always had great luck With Wyndam in the past. I will never stay here again and will share that sentiment with my friends and family
