Pool was closed and gym also closed down. Was only a quick stay so didn’t matter too much. Great location for sea world and great restaurant Phils BBQ directly opposite. No breakfast available at hotel but a nice restaurant just round the corner. Broken yolk cafe. Photo from morning jog

I initially booked a wrong date and the receptionist kindly switched it over to the date that I needed. Great service, nice spacious room. Would definitely consider booking here again.

The location was great...near the Beach, near Mission Bay, across different restaurants.

Room is of good size. However the walls are too thin and we got a lot of disturbance along the walkway and even footsteps from upstairs.

Nice rooms, rude staff. Amenities were not available. No pool, no free parking, not relaxing at all. Would not stay there again just because the way the front desk employees treated their customers.

The time was splendid,I had a nice rest.

The room they first gave us had multiple cockroaches and stains on the couches. Then they did not have a comparable room to move us to so we were downgraded. The new rooms fridge had leaked all over the floor so a maintenance person had to come fix that issue. Then I discovered that there is a huge crack/opening between the windows that has made it extremely loud from the street below along with bugs coming into the room.

Was put in a room in front of vending and ice machines that where old and loud and light glaring thru room could not sleep. 20 dll parking , room has a horrible order of mold NEVER STAY HERE.

Great value for a budget traveler. Older motel-style property, but well-maintained with modernized furnishings and bathrooms. Comfortable beds that compare with my more common Marriott stays. I found my room lighting to be a bit disappointing (too dim), no breakfast option, but there are several nearby diners and a Vons supermarket are within 5 mins walking distance. The location is not central to much unless there’s a sports event at the arena, but it’s easy to get places by Uber or a pretty decent mass transit network (if you have the time…. As it could double or triple your travel time) The MTS route 8 bus stops right out front. We went all the way to Torrey Pines Beach for $2.50 each way (bus 8 to Old Town, blue trolley toward UTC, then the 101 to Torrey Pines State Park for a hike with great views!). And, in only about 60-70 mins, and we’re able to fit in a trip to LaJolla cove on the way back.I

Along way from the *****. Quiet location. No free parking . Breakfast is poor.

Was very pleased with my stay here. Only complaint is the people above me stomping around and the people next to me slamming their door late at night and early in the morning. I would definitely stay at this place again. It was clean and very roomy. Walking distance from some good restaurants. Good sized tv with fast internet.

The experience was terrible. I made 2 separate orders. On the second night at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, the staff knocked on the door vigorously, saying that we hadn't registered. Then I said that we all had reservations and registrations. They left without any apology. Very rude! And we booked the room online and paid for it. However, our room fee was deducted without telling us when the front desk paid the deposit. Withholding money indiscriminately!
