去年在這個住了一天沒住夠，這次住了三天仍然沒住夠。主要是地方大、人少。這次特意帶了網球拍，每天帶我兒子打好幾場網球。這是我見過的維護最好的室外網球場。如果説缺點，酒店的餐性價比一般般。

Four Seasons price, One Seasons quality. This place hasn't been updated since maybe the 70s. Walked into our room, walked right back to reception and checked out/booked at another property. The entire property is just beat beat bear. May have been something back n the day. Not now

Wonderful place to return to year after year with every family member. We've been coming for about 50 years and it never gets boring.

This is a lovely property located right on the beach. The quality of food in the restaurant is superior. Our only problem was the location of our room. The hotel does not have elevator and we had difficulty going up and down the stairs to our room.

My husband and I have been trying to reach La Jolla beach and Tennis Club for over a month to resolve an issue. My husband and I have been visiting the facility for over 10 years, and thoroughly enjoy our stays. We always reserve the beachfront one bedroom suite with kitchen for $1600 (very pricey) When we arrived in August, we were not given the type of room we reserved. We were given room 213, which is not even close to what we reserved. I have attached a document with photos of the beachfront 1 bedroom suite that is featured on their website (left side). And also on this document, there are pictures of the actual room we were given (right side). This room was MUCH smaller, had no Air Conditioning, no deck, no table and chairs, etc. The room we received was not acceptable to us, so we decided to go back home. Unfortunately, we were not given our $1600 deposit back, which is what we are trying to resolve at this point. We do not believe it is fair to list/picture the beachfront 1 bedroom suite with kitchen on their website, which we once again reserved . . . only to be given a much smaller accommodation with no air conditioning, no deck and no chairs, a makeshift kitchen, smaller square footage, a tiny bedroom where the bed barely fits, etc.

This place is expensive... And purports to be an exceptional venue at which to vacation. I had looked forward to staying here for months as a good friend and I are both celebrating Milestone Birthdays. The hallways are filthy with stair treads which have frayed carpeting. I returned day after day to find that my room had not been cleaned. This was troublesome as housekeeping was usually across the hall, working on another room as I walked out mid-morning. Returning to the room around 5:00pm. and nothing had been done and no one seemed to know about this or care. Apparently, there is no managerial oversight to ensure this most basic of services is delivered and completed. Calls to the Front Desk were met with "the crew leaves at 4:30". At these prices?? One night, someone did bring up some fresh towels. Entered without knocking while I was in the shower and chucked them onto the table. LJBTC is a gorgeous location with some wonderful and exceptional people working the beach, restaurants and bars. Their Housekeeping staff was useless and non-existent during my stay. I cannot imagine ever spending that much money again for such a poorly delivered Guest experience.

Wonderful family experience. We'll be back. Forty years at the Beach Club with our family. A perfect family vacation spot.

The facilities and the staff are top-notch, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. We have been coming for many years and each year the condition of the furniture in the rooms has been declining. This year there was a rip in the carpet, stains on the chairs and rips in the couch cushions. The desk and tables were chipped.. For the amount of money they charge for a beachfront two bedroom suite I do not expect the furniture to be rundown and rips in the carpet.

The staff are amazing and the location is magical. Everything you need to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful places in San Diego.
