Ulasan Hotel Spero

很一般，攜程商旅定的酒店，去到告知訂單被取消了，臨時加價很高，才重新定了2天。顯示有早餐，實際上也沒有，去旁邊的餐廳吃，20多美金一份。後來我們搬到隔壁的parc 55 Hilton，環境和舒適度簡直不要太好哦，沒有對比就沒有傷害。 唯一的好處是，去展會不算遠，走路可以到。

酒店位於聯合廣場 周邊博物館、商業區步行皆可達。酒店非常有藝術氣息 乾淨 清爽 設計復古又不失時尚 入住當天雖然有點小插曲 但前台服務人員非常熱情並解決了問題

Clean, friendly staff, good location

this was my second time staying here, the front desk staff is super friendly and amazing. the area itself isn't the most pleasant but for $50 your car is watched next door and safe. the rooms are super clean and nice along with the bathrooms. gonna continue to stay there as long as i go to town!

somebody stole my property form my room

Paid for a King, was given a Queen of lesser value with no discount or reason. Was just told we have no King rooms, take the Queen or wait. It was already an hour past the 3 p.m check-in and I had work meetings to get to so I had no choice. Other than that staff is accommodating and hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas. Also remember this is a BOUTIQUE hotel so everything is small.

Great room

Area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Onsite Parking is very expensive but secure.

This is a delightfully beautiful boutique hotel, with a lobby lavishly decorated and restored. Just so much to look at while waiting to check in or for our ride. The room was very nice. We asked for a room with a tub, and were warned that those rooms tended to be noisier being next to the elevator but we heard very little and was never disturbed. The bathroom was compact but well appointed and designed. Was nice to have power sockets on both sides of the king bed. Having a restaurant on the ground floor was convenient although it closes early at 9pm. We walked a lot up and down hills. About 5200 steps to Fisherman's wharf :) Altogether a wonderful property and we would stay here again at our next visit.

Hotel Spero has become our Go-To stay in San Francisco. Clean, updated and comfortable, with good customer service. The restaurant, Jasper’s, has been consistently good. Safe, indoors parking next door was $49 per night in Dec ‘23. We recommend Hotel Spero and will stay again.

Convenient location, and close to restaurants, and some major landmarks in SF.

Very nice stay and clean hotel

Beautiful hotel and the staff is super friendly. Definitely staying here the next time I’m in San Francisco.

This is a lovely hotel with a nice fitness center and restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite due to our ******* status, which was nice. We will stay again.
