Very economical hotel, great location, great staff, clean The only bad thing is the noise. The wall is a bit thin.

The towels they give are super old. It’s good for its location right in Chinatown and walkable distance to the Union square. The room is small in the sense that the chair is too big to pull out and sit properly. It also could be loud at night from the nights. Good value though.

Very good location if you want to stay in the city. Room was pretty small, with no water boiler or coffee machine. Coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff were friendly but you have to aske if you want your room made up (fine for me). Not luxurious in any way but I'd stay here again.

Nice hotel in good location. Happy to choose this hotel. Service is good, very close SF's actractions, sightseeing and metro/BART stations.

I was really happy with my stay. The location is right in the heart of Chinatown, surrounded by numerous restaurants and attractions. The highlight was the staff—they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely book this place again the next time I’m in town!

Right in the middle of Chinatown, this 2 star hotel has basic rooms but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Location is super convenient, it is inside chinatown. There are no crazy peeps lurking the area. Lots of food in the vicinity, coffee shop just beside the hotel! Very near to the tourist spots which is also a plus! For the room, it is clean. Bed super comfy, no itchy feels. Room has no aircon, but it gets really cold during night time because of the weather. Toilet is also clean. Things are also secured, I left everything inside the room, still intact when we went back. Only thing i dont like is the curtains, not that clean and have stains, and the faint smell but this can be improved. Amenities are ok, there is a watter dispenser in the lobby area so you dont need to buy water.microwave is also available. Overall, hotel is highly recomnended!

just a stopover is great if you don't mind to share restroom and bothroom with others.

Tiny room (which was stated in the description), but has all the necessary things. Fits a small desk and bed. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure, stable hot water. Great location and super nice receptionists. Overall good stay.
