Nice location, great vibe in the hotel. Loved the games in the restaurant on lobby. Very good for families. However, the rooms were very bare- no water bottles, no fridge, no coffee machine, no kettle. One had to request for everything.

Be sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party. This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel. The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests. This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!

Hotel Caza is indeed a great place to stay in — very near Fisherman’s Wharf where you can find food places to eat in and cafes to chillax. It is also near multiple bus station stops, so this is very convenient to travelers.

Fantastic customer service and friendly staff. They also provided free rental of bike, perfect way to visit the golden gate

I stayed for 3 nights in Hotel Caza, Fisherman's Wharf. It is an amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Ms Vanessa M was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful in making suggestions and guiding me with plans as I was a first time visitor to San Francisco like me. If I ever come to San Francisco again, this is exactly where I would be staying

Amazing location - Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard Street. Bus stops just steps away, can navigate the city easily. Hotel - lovely decorated, with free coffee, tea and water offered to guests during designated hours. Lobby is full of amenities designed for kids and families, a lot of guests tend to hang around the communal areas during our stay. Staff - very helpful. And they send SMS to guests to check in with them and share information about hotel events.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, which is near the fisherman’s wharf. Many great restaurants are nearby. The hotel room is new and clean. The front desk is also friendly and they would provide some candy and snack randomly. And they also provided the umbrella for need.

這個酒店就是**，我們入住了一共不到10個小時，晚10點入住，早上7點就退房了。結果退房之後收到信用卡提示訊息説被酒店扣款500美金。我打過去問是怎麼回事，他們説是因為在房間抽煙了。實際上根本沒有。我跟他們理論，有一個態度絕頂粗魯的女聲，衹是叫囂着説抽煙了要罰款，根本不聽我説什麼，再打過去她們就裝死不接電話了。把信用卡訊息給到這樣的商家真是太危險了。大家一定要注意。

上面説到酒店付款的每天40多美金的費用是付款給酒店的，也沒有解釋這是什麼，到酒店的時候更加沒有解釋是什麼，從頭到尾根據訂購頁面的解釋就是按金，我對按金這兩個字的理解就是如果沒有損壞房間內的設施，最後應該全款退還的，但是直到最後一天退房的時候，酒店前台卻跟我説這個錢沒辦法退，因為是每天的服務費，包括大廳的咖啡等服務費用，但由於不知情，我們完全沒享受過這項服務，但是卻扣了我們三天的錢。關鍵是沒有解釋這個錢是做什麼用的

住了三天，打聽附近超市，前台一位男士熱情告訴我們可步行到trader joes,一家價格親民的超市。我們買了梨，蘋果。梨非常好吃。 早晨海邊散步🚶景色好。

샌프란시스코에서 비교적 안전한 지역이며. 주변풍경과 맛집도 많은 관광객에게 아주 적합한 호텔입니다. 또한 주변이 관광지이긴하나 저녁은 조용해요~

酒店離漁人碼頭非常近，附近有一家in-n-out。酒店床雙人間床有1.5m。服務非常nice，中午12點多就讓入住，提供了免費自行車，可以騎車到金門大橋。雖然沒後預訂早餐，但提供了免費咖啡。周圍也很安全。
