This hotel had terrible reviews earlier in the year but my visit was very nice. Yes, it's next to the highway but that is ”white noise” to me. Conveniently located near SJC as well as the VTS light rail. The pool looked very nice and was heated. I will stay here again

The service at Secco was top notch. Horacio made the absolute best Bloody Mary I’ve had at a Hilton property (and I do this all the time). The avocado toast was absolutely to die for- so simple but so yummy. BIGGEST MUST DO: the coffee is made with real espresso. We made a mistake by not ordering an espresso martini. We. Ant wait to come back to try it. 10/10 for the Hilton San Jose. Make sure you visit all of our friends at Secco though!

Room 1517 was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a good job. Temperature controls are very easy to change and there was a refrigerator, coffee maker and a complimentary bottle of water. I love using the Marriott app to get my room key on my phone and bypass the front desk. It makes things very convenient. This hotel is a short walk to the Convention Center VTA light rail station that I was able to use to travel to and from the San Jose Airport. One issue I noticed though is that the in-room safe was not bolted to the cabinet. Anybody can literally just pick it up and carry it out of the room (which basically defeats the purpose of safe).

Ini adalah Hotel yang hebat, lokasinya hebat. Perkarangannya cantik. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan membantu. Terdapat taman berlorek yang cantik bersebelahan dengan hotel, dengan taman permainan kanak-kanak, kawasan berkelah BBQ dan laluan kecil untuk berjalan kaki atau berjoging. Hotel ini sedang menjalani pengubahsuaian beberapa kawasan ditutup tetapi masih menyeronokkan. Bilik telah dinaik taraf dan dikemas kini! Ini adalah hotel yang sangat tenang tidak pernah menghadapi masalah dengan bunyi bising walaupun semasa pembinaan sedang dijalankan. Perlu diingat ia adalah Mercu Tanda Bersejarah, bermakna anda akan melihat beberapa kawasan yang sesetengah orang akan katakan lama atau ketinggalan zaman ... Oleh itu ORANG HARTA SEJARAH!! Jadi hilangkan perasaan lama yang anda fikirkan dan pergi melompat ke dalam kolam !!!

Selepas tinggal selama tiga hari semasa wabak, kemudahan awam seperti hotel dan restoran ditutup, termasuk perkhidmatan bilik, dan pengalamannya adalah biasa-biasa saja. Ia pada asalnya untuk jenama Westin, tetapi hotel ini terlalu panjang. Penampilan dan kemudahan hotel agak lama. Melihat Marriott di seberang jalan adalah sangat baru, jangan tanya saya mengapa saya tidak memilih Marriott, kerana saya tidak melihatnya semasa saya menempah hotel! Satu-satunya kelebihan ialah biliknya agak luas dan selesa.

This is a very small boutique hotel which is best for business travelers that are only there for a couple days. I was here for a conference and the overall stay was nice. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. The rooms were somewhat modern with the exception of wear and tear in the bathroom and the old school ac unit in the wall.
