NO THANK YOU NO PRIVACY grims very good hot water good air condition excellent but no privacy curtains rooms two meters across and you do need blinds closed 24 hour. hotel also sell beach lounges to externals so hard to get one. privacy curtains are must at this hotel

It was ok, room was clean and that was all we needed. Beach right in Chaweng... but breakfast is really not ok :) Better to go outside of hotel.

Clean, quite new hotel. Stunning view from the window. In the evening, the program from the music group and the fire show. There's a good restaurant, a great choice of cuisine. Very customer-oriented staff. Especially I want to note administrator with name Party - we had many questions and problems she quickly decided. In such a hotel want to return. It is not clear why it hotel has only 3*.

Hotel yang sejuk, untuk 3 bintang, pada pendapat saya, nilai terbaik untuk wang. Kami tinggal selama 9 malam bersama keluarga dan mengambil 2 bilik, kami diberi dua bilik bersebelahan dengan pintu dalaman di antara bilik - sangat mudah. Sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai, terdapat hidangan Thai dan set hidangan Eropah yang biasa, ia adalah perkara biasa untuk kanak-kanak. Air minuman disertakan 2 botol sehari setiap bilik, tuala pantai adalah percuma, pantai adalah kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki perlahan-lahan. Di hotel anda boleh menyewa basikal dan kereta, harga sewa tidak terlalu tinggi. Hotel ini mempunyai taman permainan, 2 kolam renang, gim. Terdapat WiFi percuma di hotel, tetapi anda tidak boleh mengharapkannya - kelajuannya rendah, lebih mudah untuk membeli kad SIM tempatan.

This hotel is great because of its location, dining experience, friendly staff, motorbike rental, cute cats, clean room, and beautiful palm trees. When I return to Koh Samui, I would definitely stay here again.

Such a sweet spot! You’re in the middle of all the action, yet it’s not noisy or crowded. Great service. Very friendly staff. The service at the pool is super fast. Delicious cocktails at a great price. The rooms are spacious and well designed. New tv with lots of app options. Good bathrooms with handy dry rack. I will definitely stay here again. It’s gem!

Super nice place! we booked 2 rooms, they gave us 2 next to each other. Very helpful personnel, good breakfast on the beach, the beach bar with good prices, comfy pool. There were issues with water pressure in a shower, but all the rest is just great!

Очень уютный отель прям на живописном пляже Ламай. Жили в номере на 2 этаже. Есть еще и бунгало. Плюсы: убираются каждый день; очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал; в номере есть все необходимое ( вода, мыльные принадлежности, растворимый кофе); сейф; на пляже бесплатные лежаки и зонтики для постояльцев. Минусы: ремонт старенький, полотенца очень застиранные, хоть и меняют каждый день, телевизор старого образца, кто его смотрит.

Pros: quite a good location, peaceful beach and very serene atmosphere, two friendly ladies at reception Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or Expedia and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there. It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.
