Hotel San Juan dengan Gim

One of the reason we booked your hotel is that we called the customer service and they told us you could keep our luggage for more than one day. However, you didn’t do that. We have four 28 inch suitcases and we need to find another place to keep them even though we have reservation again after two days. That was a terrible experience!

Amazing hotel but front desk staff could be more friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a late flight and asked if we could keep our room just till 3pm and we were not granted even an hour of late check out.It is a great hotel but that really put a bitter in my mouth. Rooms were lovely and the location is good.

Semasa menginap di Double Tree By Hilton San Juan, saya dan suami mempunyai pengalaman terbaik yang pernah ada. Saya tidak tahu mengapa ada orang yang tidak setuju. Kakitangan ramah, seluruh kawasan bersih dan COVID ramah, dan bahkan ada air dan pengangkutan percuma setiap hari ke pantai yang berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari hotel. Hotel ini bahkan menawarkan tuala pantai, kerusi pantai, dan payung! Saya mengalami letupan!

Tempat yang menakjubkan, terletak dengan sempurna dan pekerja hotel semuanya sangat ramah. Saya mengesyorkannya 100%

挺好的，環境衞生不錯，位置也很好，得到了很好的放鬆，吃食也不錯，服務員非常熱情，感覺身心都得到了很好的放鬆，下次還來。

Definitely the best place you can stay within the old san juan.

Nice boutique hotel. Stayed one night between cruise and flight home. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel room was larger than most hotel rooms and bathroom was nice. The bed could be a little more comfy but for one night was okay. Location was good and with Uber was less then $10 to get to Old San Juan or cruise terminal, to the airport was around $15. Rooftop terrace was an added bonus. We didn't know about it until we read a review about it. Should definitely promote this more! The pool area was nice and can see the ocean from there. Overall was a nice stay and would stay there again !

This premise was very pleasant and accommodating - clean, with CoVid protocols being followed, and friendly staff who aim to please. Our baby was happy, and was freely walking barefoot, and we did not worry in the least!! The sand was soft and the water clear.
