First of all the pictures that are online, look NOTHING like what the property looks like. The whole place is filthy, from the check-in office, to the parking lot and worst of all the room. When you walk into the room, you get hit with the over powering scent of Fabulouso cleaner. Almost like they are using that to cover up the dingy smell of the room. When we checked in, the person working did not use a computer to check us in, instead he wrote our information down in a spiral, which is where they were logging all the rooms. The plexiglass that separates you from the person behind the counter was filthy and scratched and you could barely see the other person. Everything about the place is run down. The door has a gap all around it, where you can see light in some places. We pulled the blankets back to check the sheets and the bed had a large sink hole in the mattress with a yellow stain. We also found some sort of scab like or dried up insect in the sheets. I went to talk to the manager about getting a refund because I could not bring myself to touch or lay in the bed, and he told me we could not refund me until the transaction showed that it was completely processed and not showing pending. He said, once that happened, I could call them back and he would refund my money. I have been on the phone with numerous HJ offices, and have filed a complaint. This place needs to be inspected for safety and hygiene, I don't understand how it stays open.
