房間比較簡陋，衞生間淋浴室比較擁擠，設施比較陳舊，配色有點奇怪，整體來説考慮經濟性也可以住，亮點是早餐還不錯。

平台預訂後到店入住時不核實，再次收費；平台處理效率低，始終答覆“正在和代理/供應商聯繫”，然後就是拖着不解決

雙重收費因爲酒店沒收到付費再次跟我收全額酒店費用而攜程已經轉帳走我195.1美金到了退房還沒有處理給滿意答覆

商務出差，富人區安全，服務也可以，適合居住。

I do not uderstand why the charge you $100 pesos per day when you need to to use the own parking lot of the Hotel. In front of the Hotel there are only 8 spots for the entire Hotel.

The installations were not the one that you expect for the location, door locks broken, request to pay for the parking without let you know before, bathroom furniture was old and damaged, very small TV and the room had only 2 lights. Sorry but it doesn't meet a business class hotel even the cheaper ones

THEY ARE VERY "BASIC" INSTALLATIONS AND THE COST IS EXPENSIVE. THE GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION

There is no parking within the hotel, you have to pay extra for this. They request ID for all the guests, regardless of age and they are not flexible at all (nor kind about it).

The sheets smelled weird, but overall it is a good and affordable stay for a business trip around the area. Great breakfast though.

I didn’t like it. Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom doors were dirty. The pillows were very small like for 5 year old kids. Terrible

It was fair in terms price but staff was missing customer service skills.

The hotel is clean, but very outdated, looks like a cheap place, it really needs a renovation. It is located in a nice and convenient area. Staff is ok, usually the service in Mexico is excellent, but in this hotel, they're just ok.

Good service, and the staff was helpful and very informative.
