Wohnung sauber, gute Aussicht auf das Meer. Markise schon seit längerem defekt. Bis zum Hafen/ Zentrum min. 1/2 Stunde Gehzeit keine Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe Palmenpark in der Nähe sehr stark mit Hundekot vrerschmutzt
