Hotel berhampiran VANS Store San Sebastian Hernani, San Sebastian

去年バルセロナのSercotel Hotelに泊まりよかったので今回はサンセバスチャンのSercotel Hotelを選びました。場所はサンセバスチャンのバスターミナルからも歩いて行ける距離、そして観光にも便利で旧市街までも歩いて10分くらいの場所でとても便利でした。(コンチャ湾もすぐ！朝早起きしてウォーキングにも最適) 大通りに面していないので静かです。ホテルは建物が古いので仕方がありませんが、隣の部屋のドアを開ける音、足音などは結構響きました。あと床も傾いていました(笑) 部屋自体はキレイに掃除はされていて快適に過ごすことができました。　　無料のペットボトルの水、アメニティー(歯ブラシ、ガウン、ブラシ、スリッパなど)はなかったです。　シャワーのお湯、水圧などはよかったです。バスタブのお湯はりもすぐにできました。　朝食は食べませんでしたが14€ぐらいで当日でも食べれるようでした。　またサンセバスチャンに来た時にはリピしたいホテルです。

Nice new hotel just outside of the city centre of San Sebastian. Hotel is clean, modern and new, with good facilities. But inside a interior design crime. Rooms are small, and with a very weird layout (diagonal bed set up) causing the room to feel even smaller. The Minibar & wardrobe is in the bathroom, which is weird as well. I appreciate the try of the architect, but to me its not working. Breakfast is very good and very cheap (Eur 12,-) Overall a good stay, and I would recommend it.

グロス地区にはなりますが、旧市街地まで歩いて10分ちょいになりますので立地は良いです！バル巡りの途中に疲れたらホテルに戻ってお昼寝したりもできました。旧市街地のホテルより安く、たくさん食べるので、そこまで歩くのも運動になり私にとってよかったです。ホテルの周りはレストランやバーがたくさんあり、夜でも賑やかなので女1人でも治安の心配はなしでした。 ホテルは広くて清潔で本当に過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、櫛、紙コップ、1日目だけボトルのお水をいただきました。シャワーの水圧強め、ドライヤーの風力も強めはかなりポイント高いです。 唯一のマイナス点は冷蔵庫がないことくらいですかね。。 ホテルの受付の方も感じがよく、本当に良い滞在になりました。 とってもコスパがいいホテルです。またサンセバスチャンに来ることがあればお世話になろうと思います！

Our experience unfortunatly didn’t match the comments we could read on Tripadvisor. First of all the hotel is situated next to train rails. Even with the windows closed you can hear the train and they pass by now and then including early in the morning. If you don‘t like to wake up listening to a train passing by, you may reconsider. Just google-map the hotel and pay attention to how close the rails are… The walls inside are pretty thin too. Being a family with 2 small children we were the ones that sometimes were doing some noise even if we were trying to pay attention to be as quiet as possible. One of the other clients, who complained a bit, qualified them of „paper walls“. Our daughter got sick towards the end of our holidays. We asked for advise at the reception for a pediatrician. We were sent to a place that doesn‘t have a pediatric department, since a while it seems, and doesn‘t take emergencies. It was a nice trip to this „hospital“ with a child who was sick… anyway this can happen… One day our room wasn‘t done, just because we were in the room when they passed and they just pass „once“. No luck… What I couldn‘t tolerate was the situation with the parking… the hôtel has an arrangement with some parking… given that we were staying few days (5 nights) they gave us 2 tickets. One for 3 days and one for 2 days. It seems that a single ticket for 5 days didnt exist (max is 3 days). I make it short we ended up paying almost 2x the parking… exactly 57 eur on top of what was initially arranged because of some „not adequate“ handling on my side with the 2 tickets. I got 0 explanation from the hôtel in this regard before and having to move the car during the night for an emergency (my daughter again), I had no choice to pay to use the car and thought I would arrange the obvious with the hôtel the next day. The only thing I got from them is a „Lo siento“, I am sorry… no refund of what I paid extra, although they fully understood what went wrong. Let’s cash in on all fronts… Hey what’s the problem…. That‘s about how much they care about clients… what an experience. This left me in disbelief. They have some coffee and cake in the hall, that’s nice, but it doesn‘t make up for the rest. With this money (price of the room, which is relatively expensive for what you get, not talking about the additional parking rip off…) you will probably find something better in San Sebastián. Big disappointment, and a big waste of precious time and holidays. My advise? Clearly, don‘t stop there… Lo siento

This is a great hostel. It is clean, they provide very nice breakfast choices as part of the booking. The wash rooms are very clean, showers work great too. They emphasise the need to conserve water and use recycled toilet paper. The staff are really excellent. On every occasion I spoke with someone, they were great, even when they are busy. I have stayed here twice. In 2017 after a Camino hike, and in 2020. It remains the one the best places I've stayed. They have a nice patio area, you can buy a beer from the reception if you fancy, and the supermarket is on the corner. The beach is minutes away (as is the Camino). Overall, full marks!!! I would stay again, and likely will.

This is a no frills hotel but with a difference. The staff are absolutely superb, very accommodating. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, with a fridge a safe and a tv. Breakfast was excellent and extremely fresh and well presented. Parking was in an underground car park secured 24hours a day which cost 17.00 euros, a little pricey I think. Superbly quiet hotel with easy access to the centre. This is an immaculate hotel, we'll run with very good attention to detail. Excellent comfortable bed in a very quiet area. We will definitely be returning to this hotel

Ketahui lokasi Donosti yang hebat dan kawasan sekitarnya. Mereka membayar tempat letak kereta 100 meter dari hotel. Tempat letak kenderaan sukar. Berjalan ke La Concha selama 20 minit, di seberang jalan membeli-belah. Kakitangan yang sangat ramah. Biliknya sangat selesa, cukup besar, dan bilik mandi mencukupi. Seperti kasual, perabotnya sangat kecil, tidak ada almari pakaian, hanya ada lubang di dinding, ada bar dan penyangkut di atasnya, dan rak (di bawah peti sejuk). Untuk sebuah meja kecil, dua kotak kayu tanpa jurang dapat dipindahkan, misalnya .. Terdapat juga meja dan kerusi. Saya ingin tahu sama ada memerlukan banyak usaha untuk meletakkan laci, almari pakaian, dll. Tinggalkan sedikit privasi di dalamnya. Sudah tentu, tidak ada yang selamat. Sarapannya enak.

Let me start with the good news first. This is a wondeful place: A newly renovated and stylefully decorated hotel in a lively neighborhood of San Sebastian. Part of the hotel are also a cafe and wine bar. So why not a best possible recommendation? This is because the management cannot keep up with the expectations set by the place as such. I had booked the hotel in a stressful week with four different countries on my plate. I had hoped to get a bit of rest when I arrived. This is also why I asked whether I could check in early, but I received no reply. It turned out it was not possible when I later arrived. When I then later checked in and tried to have a nap, 15 minutes after I had entered the room, the room service knocked at the door and woke me up. There was also no doorsign to prevent this from happening. What is there to be done 15 minutes after handing over the hotel room? My rest was ruined. Also, the card did not work twice, and the assistant at the reception hardly spoke any English. This is unacceptable for a hotel room that costs over 200 Euros per night. I will not come back.

We arrived after a considerable journey and were very taken back by the reception area. It was awful. There is no bar or anywhere to get a snack and we'd not eaten since about 6am. We were given a room key and we went to the room. I burst into tears as the room was so bad. The place looked very very dirty. Curtains were hanging off the pole. Outside seating area had broken glass panels (very dangerous as could shatter at any time). The duvet cover was all marked. The furniture and flooring falling to bits. Absolutely nothing like the photographs on Expedia who we booked through. The bathroom was even worse. The hairdryer was broken, again dangerous to have it in a bathroom. We could have been electrocuted. I went to reception and told receptionist of our concerns. That the room was unsafe and we'd not be staying in it. He showed me to another room. It was just as bad. The net type curtain looked like it hadn't been washed for years and years. My skin was itching like mad. We contacted Expedia who we booked the room through and told them of the issues. They were not very helpful. The photos on websites must have been taken many many years ago. The rooms did not remotely resemble them. We found ourselves another hotel and told the receptionist we were leaving. His response was he'd cancelled our room anyway after Expedia contacted him and would resell the room. He also said that the room had everything that was advertised. The photos were taken quickly and really do not show the full extent of how bad this hotel is.

Chambre super. Lit très confortable. Très propre. Salle de bain parfaite. Avantage distributeur de boissons chaudes gratuites . Isolation nickel on n'entend pas le bruit de la route. Seul petit bémol le parking est toujours plein. Pas facile pour se garer.
