Tenuta Zamparina

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our time at Zamparina. The staff recommended us really nice restaurants nearby and helped us make reservations. Everyone was also very friendly with our 2 months old baby However, there were a few things that we were not happy with and could be improved. Cleanliness: - our room was not made until 1pm for two days in a row despite that we were resting at the pool from 9am onwards - our bed sheets were not changed after three nights (only once we requested the staff to change it) - upon checking in we noticed that the private balcony area did not look cleaned up: the bar table still had glass stains on it from previous guests and also the other surroundings / furniture did not look like it was arranged for new guests to arrive - the pool had lots of insects in the water already at 8am and was only cleaned upon asking the staff to do so, or we had to do it ourselves Room: - the minibar was very noisy cooling down during night so we had to unplug it during our stay - the whirlpool didn’t heat up properly and the staff had to reset it which meant we couldn‘t use it when we wanted to - 1 water bottle / day is provided by the hotel but no water glasses (we had to ask for it) - 2 amaretti are provided as a complementary snack in the room but were not refilled after the first night (only upon asking) Breakfast: - The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide range of sweet baked goods as well as different savoury dishes such as breakfast eggs or cheese and ham. - However, the service could be improved quite a bit for example removing empty plates from ones table or asking if one would like another coffee. We had to go inside ourselves to ask for a new coffee. Pool: - we were lucky as we were almost the only guests staying at the pool. If all guests would like to stay at the pool area there would not be enough space as there are only 5 pool-beds (hotel has 6 rooms in total). When checking out we shared our feedback with the receptionist but did not receive an apology or whatsoever. Hence, for a hotel in this price category I would rate it 4/5.

This hotel is amazing iff need to relax this is the place The most amazing views the rooms are clean and good the small details in the rooms And what a breakfast all fresh Italy at it’s very best in the Tuscan hills Looking over Elba This is a little Gem We will defiantly be back

Soggiorno presso la suite “Palmaria”: suite molto lussuosa e ampia, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli, dotata di ogni tipo di comfort e con un bagno rifinito da particolari in marmo e molto spazioso. Presenta un giardino privato vista mare dotato di sauna e jacuzzi private che consentono un completo relax in tranquillità e riservatezza! Ottima colazione dolce e salata, abbondante e veramente deliziosa, con una vasta scelta di prodotti in gran parte fatti in casa. Luogo ideale per “staccare” dalla realtà del quotidiano e rifugiarsi in un piccolo angolo di paradiso lussuoso in totale relax e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo!!

Tutto perfetto!. Camera moderna e pulitissima, con piscina e sauna PRIVATA!!!. Servizio Top. La struttura si raggiunge facilmente dall'autostrada e nei dintorni ci sono molti locali per cenare. Una piacevole scoperta, ci tornerò

Ieri sera ho avuto il piacere di passare due piacevolissime ore con mia moglie presso la Tenuta Zamparina, accompagnati da un meraviglioso aperitivo in terrazza con vista sul paradiso. Volevo semplicemente e personalmente ringraziare i proprietari, Matteo e Barbara, e far loro i nostri complimenti oltre che per la scelta di ogni singolo dettaglio del resort, che lo rende qualcosa di unico e difficilmente replicabile altrove, soprattutto per la scelta di collaboratori come Monica e Fabiola. Ci hanno accolto, coccolato e accompagnato in un modo davvero speciale. Il loro modo di fare, discreto, professionale e caldo da veramente il tocco finale ad un’esperienza da sogno. È sempre bello vedere imprenditori realizzare progetti vincenti, specie se a goderne è il nostro territorio e i nostri concittadini. Ad maiora semper!

Posto incantevole , personale super efficiente e servizi da resort a 5 stelle. Un’esperienza veramente positiva! Diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento per i tanti weekend che trascorreremo in Versilia ! Complimenti e continuate cosi!
