Firstly , the good bits. Staff friendly and efficient. Everywhere clean and tidy. Public areas beautifully furnished. Sadly a long list of issues. Food was simply awful. Very little choice , everything luke warm, obviously frozen foods predominantly. The snack was closed and the w bbq nights were laughably bad ! Worst food we have had in 45 years of travelling. Had to eat out several times ! Entertainment other than one night was awful. No animation team , 4 nights of simply awful singers and 2 nights with nothing at all. Lifts were constantly breaking down and seemed very old. Being on fifth floor, it was lots of stairs to climb ! No porters to help with luggage. As said before, room was clean but a bit rundown , particularly the bathroom. Room had a tiny television with 50 channels but only one in English. Sunbeds plentiful and comfortable but the pool was very difficult to get into with a very dangerous shelf to be negotiated. Jet2 sold this hotel as 4 star but it is 2 star at best. Most disappointing!

This hotel is furnished with typical Italian style. Very professional and friendly staff. Food very much to my liking as I love my vegetables. Loved the pasta. Plenty of beds around the pool. What I particularly liked was no one putting towels down early and not occupying them. Good shuttle bus service into Sorrento. Which was great. As the hotel is uphill and maybe not suitable for people with mobility problems. I would rate this as band four stars according to Italian standards.

This hotel was fantastic value for money and the staff were lovely. The food was ok albeit a little repetitive but overall for the cost we had no complaints at all. The pool area was chilled out and clean and our room was good overlooking the pool with a wonderful view. We would definitely return to Sorrento and I would book this hotel again, in fact we recommended to someone else who has been and also had a wonderful time.

Ok, so this is not a 4* hotel more like a 3. The good points the free bus into Sorrento is great, all the staff are friendly, the food is ok, I’ve had worse on an all inclusive but also had better, there not masses of choice, but always found something to eat. Good cocktails and Peroni on draught. The local town the hotel is in the people were very friendly and it was very reasonable priced. A short walk to the train station and you get to Pompeii for €2.80. Now for the bad, only one member of staff behind the bar at all times can course a que for drinks, no afternoon snack apart from left over cake…surely pizza, toasties etc could be included. Top tip…the coffee they put out at breakfast is disgusting ask a waiter for a cappuccino and they will make one from the machine. This is a good hotel and would stop again it’s just not 4* luxury as promoted.

Wow what an amazing hotel - Grand by name and very grand by nature - all staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble - food is excellent and although not a lot to choose from I’m certain there’s something for everyone - and to cap it all off it’s All Inclusive too - my highlight was Mr Giovanna (maitre d) becoming the DJ on Saturday night - what a mover - also the most pleasant surprise on our final night when Mr Giovanna flambéd strawberries at our table for our dessert - can’t recommend this hotel enough - please Jet 2 don’t increase prices due to its popularity to make it out of our reach

Jet2 let us down with this hotel. If you are looking for more than 2 stars, don't book here. This hotel is lacking a**osphere and life. At other Jet2 hotels we have seen reps eg, play games around pool, aqua aerobics, etc, music playing at pool side - none of that here. The food was awful. The location is unsafe for walking around. The roads are so narrow and pavements a risk. Positives - there's a pizza take away shop just round the corner to your right, and a bakery to your left, if you want to risk walking.

Enjoyed a five night stay at this lovely hotel in early May and would certainly stay again. The hotel has a lovely retro feel to it, and it is like stepping back in time to the glamour of the 1950's Riviera! Room was lovely and spacious with a decent sized balcony. Food was excellent - a good choice of Italian dishes on offer. Drinks offer, again was excellent with a full range of cocktails, spirits, wines to be had. Pool area was great, offering sun all day and stunning views across the Gulf of Naples. A 10 minute walk down to the centre of Sant'Agnello gave access to a range of bars, cafes and shops and the centre of Sorrento was walkable in 30 or so minutes.
