The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

Очереди в ресторан, на завтраки обеды и ужины. Мало свободных лежаков. Быстро заканчиваются пляжные полотенца. Лобби бар с медленным и надменным обслуживанием. Бары открываются после 11 ч. Из плюсов- вкусная еда, большой выбор коктейлей. Панорамный бассейн на 8 этаже. Просторный и уютный номер.

Very good hotel with a nice location, price a bit too high for what is offered. Buffet is good, restaurants that you can book in the evening are very good, unfortunately just a limited possibility of bookings. After the fourth day the booking was not possible anymore. Unfortunately way too less sun loungers. Always stressed to not find a sun lounger at the pool. Be aware that the spa costs extra as well as the parking. All in all happy with the stay.

This is a great property with spectacular sunset views. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, there are up-charges for "top shelf" drinks, which are not anything special. The specialty restaurants are great, but also charge more for certain meals (above the mandatory all-inclusive fees).

The whole experience at TRS hotel Ibiza was unreal, it made my friend and I's trip even better than we imagined. The hotel/rooms are super clean, modern and trendy. The buffet food is different every day- breakfast, lunch and dinner- if you don't book into the restaurants then the buffet caters for all and is very yummy. We tried both El Guacho and Helios, the food is gorgeous- you need to try the lobster at Helios!!!! The staff particularly in Helios were so lovely, welcoming and accommodating- we went there 3 times for dinner. They deserve lots of credit. The staff in all areas of the hotel are amazing and super friendly, make you feel at home. Me and my friend would like to give a huge shout out to Nacho on the bar, he deserves lots of credit. Works super hard and even when busy he made sure everyone was catered to and was always smiling and really helpful. Thank you!! My friend went in the spa, really enjoyed it and said the treatment was unreal. The pools are lovely, the music is always the right vibe. Everything about the hotel and our stay was perfect, we can't fault it at all. I will definitely be coming back and my parents are hoping to September/ October time.

Really nice hotel and great for the purpose of our trip. (A couple of nights last minute getaway) all inclusive was to a good standard, good selection. Our room had a balcony that didn’t get any sun so that was disappointing and the shower had a draining issue. We couldn’t book into the a la carte either whilst we were there which again is disappointing. At check out we were given a new wrist band which meant your all inclusive ends at 4pm that day - we were leaving at around 6pm. We didn’t mind although never experienced a cut off with the all inclusive before. We tried to purchase a drink after 4pm only to be told we couldn’t. The option was pay a set fee of €45 pp or go to the supermarket. A bit of a disappointing end and level of customer service. Overall a good stay, just a few ******* for us. We go to Ibiza often and would stay here again for the location and cleanliness.

What a wonderful hotel, we felt so well looked after, I was expecting excellent as our travel agent never lets us down but this is one to return to. Firstly, the hotel is very well appointed, you get the beautiful sunsets and we had a sea view room. It’s spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The all inclusive Buffett was a delight. Often in all inclusive you can tire of the food, we actually only ate at the other restaurants twice as we looked forward to every meal every day. The staff were just outstanding. Polite, professional, absolutely faultless and always made us feel valued and looked after, friendly and efficient and welcoming. They’ve got it just right. The pools are lovely, a nice choice, loved the DJ in the afternoon at the main pool and cool Balearic vibes, it was perfect as was the drinks service. As business owners we look for a week all inclusive to switch our brains off and relax and we did this very quickly. The rooms are beautiful, clean, modern, high standard of decor yet incredibly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was our third visit to the TRS and as always, the team looked after us so well. The hotel was busy at times but nothing was too much trouble - booking restaurants, arranging car hire, and having guests come and stay for the day. Our room was excellent and we feel truly pampered after our trip.
