Mondrian Ibiza

房間打掃很一般，送去酒店的洗衣，差點丟了，找了兩天送了三次才送回來，直至上飛機前最後兩個小時，導致差點誤機。酒店按金到目前已經三天了，還是沒有退回。完全不符合這個價格的酒店，請謹慎預訂

😀Beautiful hotel, stunning views, clean, lovely decor, lovely staff, room was fabulous. Sun terraces great, pools good, food was ok. 🤨 Electric air fresheners took my breath away trying to mask a drainage problem. Music at the pool all day was annoying. The lighting in the public toilet areas was dreadful.

I recently stayed at Mondrian Cala Llonga, and while the setting and decor are beautiful, the overall experience did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Pros: • The setting is stunning, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. • The hotel’s decor is stylish, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. Cons: • We had a very distressing experience when we got trapped in the lift for 45 minutes. Despite pressing the emergency button multiple times, we received no response. After calling the hotel reception ourselves and still getting no help, we had to contact the hotel next door to inform Mondrian that we were stuck. After what felt like an eternity, we were finally rescued, with my wife in tears and deeply upset. • We raised this serious health and safety issue with the manager, who promised to follow up. However, all we received was a bottle of cava in the room. When we readdressed our concerns at check-out, we were promised further contact, but never heard anything. • The bar service was very slow, with no menus or drinks brought to us despite waiting. Shockingly, the bar had run out of all gins during our stay. • Breakfast service was terrible due to understaffing. The staff were rushed off their feet, and the quality of service suffered as a result. • Coffee pods in the room were not replaced after the first day, leaving us without coffee for the remainder of the stay. This hotel is in no way a 5-star establishment—it’s much more akin to a 4-star. For comparison, we stayed at Petunia Ibiza, another 5-star hotel, and the difference was stark. Petunia is miles ahead in every aspect, from service to quality. Mondrian Cala Llonga has potential but needs significant improvements in service and management to reach true 5-star status.

Lovely location, beautiful room, superb views, fantastic pool area and exceptionally wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend and love to revisit. However, one small niggle- no complimentary room for you to take a shower if you have a late flight. Ended up having to change in a disabled toilet with no lock. Surely a hotel of this standard should provide this service, since so many budget hotels do? Not the most glamorous end to our trip! Other than that - we had a fantastic stay. Thank you again to all the staff who were so welcoming and provided an excellent service.

We recently stayed at the Mondrian in Cala Llonga for one night on a stop-over to visit friends on our way back from Formentera. Whilst we were spoilt by our magnificent experience at a true and well deserved 5 Star experience in Formentera, the Mondrian experience brought us down to earth with a quite shocking experience. Backed up by the following images here was our experience 1. The view from our balcony was pine branches that were overgrown and completely blocked not only our view but light into the room. 2. The room was unclean with human hair over the tiled floor. 3. Corridors were also unclean 4. The swimming pool floor was dirty Having brought our concerns to the front desk and management, we were shocked to experience their poor and uncaring attitude and instead, made us feel that our complaints were unjustified and a blatant refusal to address our concerns. This hotel must be downgraded as it insults and disrespects the 5 Stars it has been awarded, which in itself is hard to comprehend. A 5 Star hotel should be a place you look forward to returning to!

We had a fabulous stay, the room was perfect for 3 (sofa bed for 3rd person) with plenty of room. Gorgeous view on to the beach. Breakfast was included and excellent selection available. Yoga class with Elena was great, would be good to have daily classes available. Gym was good. Loved the 4 swimming pools too. Reception staff (Magda) and concierge staff all super helpful and friendly as were the bar/pool staff. Well located for trip to Ibiza town and would recommend both Cass Piedra and Wild Asparagus restaurants
