The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and of a high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed so I arrived at 2am in the morning and the staff were very helpful. It is slightly outside the centre of Barcelona but that does mean it is in a quiet location.

Clean and nice hotel but the road noise from highway and round-about makes for a disrupted sleep.

Cleaning was perfect, but there should be more hostess at the entrance

Despite being a bit far out, got plenty of transportation links into the city. Two supermarkets really close and only 30 euro taxi from airport. Would reccomend

If you need to pass through Barcelona, this is the most reasonable priced decent hotel I’ve stayed at. It seems to have been recently upgraded, the room is nice and clean, it can get a bit busy at checkout time, but it’s a nice space and again the price is reasonable.  by the way, I went for a jog from the hotel and within 10 minutes I was on a country dirt road. Horses, sheep, pine forest. fantastic!

Big room which is clean and bright. The hotel served with 2 bottle of water which are free of charge.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes from the light rail station. There is a large supermarket opposite the light rail station to facilitate the purchase of daily necessities. It’s about 40 minutes from the light rail station to the Sagra Familia, which is a good hotel. It‘s just that the room is a little stuffy, and you need to open the window for ventilation from time to time.

While the hotel’s location near the airport was convenient, the service left much to be desired. During check-out, we had a few questions about our invoice and arranging a taxi. Unfortunately, the morning receptionist was extremely rude. She snapped at us in Spanish, interrupted our questions, and proceeded to assist the people behind us, ignoring us completely. It wasn’t a language barrier, as she spoke fluently with the Western couple behind us. Sadly, we felt that our treatment may have been due to us being Chinese. If you are a person of color, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

This hotel is very clean, treated, excellent breakfast and very friendly and professional service. Really recommend to stay. Direct L77 bus to airport to reach. Good connection to city of Barcelona as well

Really great hotel for the price. Has most of the amenities. Def can go again. Only issue being connectivity as no metro station nearby so you need to take bus all the time but busses are quick and very often.

Good living environment but remote location. The cleaner has accidentally thrown my teeth retainer and I have no compensation…

An amazing hotel! Love the people over there. They welcome you and treat you like family. Upon our arrival there was a HUGE screen where everyone was watching football. Everyone recognized us and knew exactly what we’re about to order. The rooms were very very clean and really big. Loved the showers and the view. DEFINITELY would go here again next time. I don’t want anything else anymore. This is the place to be.
