Josh Graboyes gave us excellent customer service. We forgot some items and after numerous failed attempts with housekeeping. I spoke to Josh and immediately he resolved my issue. The items were of sentimental value. I am very grateful for his help.

We been to other Embassy Suite hotels in other towns. This facility doesn't match the standard of at all. Rooms were full of allergies and Ac was too loud. Bathroom was not clean like previously someone used and left dirty. Loud thumping sounds during night. It was noisy. I would not recommend anyone this property to stay at all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made you feel welcomed and attentive to one’s needs. Laundry facilities were clean and convenient. Rooms need to be updated and thoroughly cleaned though and not being able to lower thermostat was maddening during the night.

This is our go-to hotel whenever we are in the Valencia area. It’s always clean, great service, well-maintained, and the best breakfast!

Roof needs to be replaced, so when we got rain it caused leaks all over the hotel. We had water start dripping on our table during breakfast. The fourth floor hallways all had leaks as well.
Some staff members were very pleasant and a few were not great.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly! The rest of the staff was as well! The breakfast was amazing! But the best part was the amazing room and cleanliness of it too!
