The front staff were great! We had our room cleaned and restocked when requested. Our stay was uneventful and pleasant- would recommend.

Breakfast at the Iguana Cafe was amazing our server Jimmy is FANTASTIC!!! If anything we will come back just for him . Overall our stay was great. The ONLY main downsides was the over crowding at the pool and the lack of etiquette and consideration for other guests, Not enough wait staff when it came to the restaurants and cafe downstairs, and most of the shops were not open even after posted times of suppose to being open. Our room was very clean and the hotel overall was clean and orderly . We will most def be back next year ! Happy Easter 2024

The property and artwork are really beautiful. Rooms are a good size but unfortunately in our room the bathroom needed some significant repairs. Door was off and wouldn’t close properly, toilet was slow to flush and the faucet in the tub sprayed everywhere when you switched to shower. Not super clean a bit dusty and found hair in the tub that wasn’t ours. Only other downside was since it is off-season many things weren’t open or available after 6pm. They said they offered takeout from the grill which was preferred since we had our son with us and he couldn’t go on the ****** floor (only way to access the restaurant) but no one ever answered the phone. We had hot dogs. Overall a bit disappointing. May be better in prime season. Beds were comfortable and loved the outdoor balcony.

Nice big hotel with ******. 16 minutes away from downtown.Rooms were clean but out of date with chairs scraped. Friendly staff

Not one of my favorite NM resort/casinos. Went for a concert/stay and for the cost, I felt like it all could have been much better. Ended up in a room with a view of the roof and nothing else. Hair left in the shower drain gave me huge anxiety. I know it seems petty, but that’s just one of those “little” cleaning details that should be addressed. Concert was in a literal ballroom with seats packed in as close as possible so if you’re a normal sized person, you’re going to be bumping elbows with people and if you’re slight larger than average it’s for sure far from comfortable for you or those next to you. Aisle in front of the chairs virtually non-existent as well since they crammed as many chairs as possible into the space. Food options are fine-as long as you eat before 7. On a night with a sold out concert, you would think they would staff additional to have the restaurants open later/more choices available. Ended up waiting in line at the ****** deli for about 30 minutes after the concert, because out of like 5 restaurants on the premises, these were the only 2 open after the concert was over. Not so much a problem if there’s other food options nearby, but there is nothing remotely close by. Final issue: forgot to put the “do not disturb” sign on our door. Housekeeping knocked on the door around 8:15-no biggie-went to door to let them know we were still in the room..proceed to get short lecture by housekeeper that if we’re in the room, the sign needs to be on the door.

Will not be coming back. They only seem to care about regular visitors. 3rd time we've came here and still get treated like outsiders and always being watched. Wasted much too much time here.

Super gorgeous place to stay. Only I wished the arcade would stay open later. And the gift shops as well. My kid had a bad stomach ache and we needed something from the gift shop but it was closed.

A very nice hotel and the room is beautiful! The bed was so comfortable too. The only con was that the night club was permanently closed 😞

A very nice place to stay about 12 miles outside of Downtown Santa Fe. Very clean and comfortable. Only two drawbacks. Room fid not have kitchenette which I did not necessarily need on this trip but normally do. Also, only one way in/out of building. I chose a room on a far end and got lots of steps “coming and going”. I would stay here again! 🤓
