I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Great little hotel, comfortable and welcoming. I have to also say that we had dinner here one night and food was excellent. Service was fast and efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. As we had very little Spanish it was helpful that the staff also had enough English to make the evening a success.

Beautiful building and atmosphere , confortable and clean room although without natural light, the bed was the super attention of all personnel. Located in Historical center but close to troublesome streets. Nothing to worry but be careful and arrive by taxi at night

Excellent and confortable hotel. Helpful and atentive stuff. Delicius food. Swimming pools and jacuzzi were very relaxing after activities during the day. Everything was great! We' ll recommend this hotel to family and frends. ;) ;) ;) ;)

Such a great place in downtown! Super comfortable, clean, well-located, and excellent service. Don’t miss it when visiting Santa Marta. And don’t forget to enjoy the three swimming pools. Finally, all crew members are super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful small hotel. Rooms are a good size, clean, lovely decor. Bathroom is clean and huge and I love the plants along the wall! Mattresses are extremely hard....like sleeping on the floor, for me it wasn't that bad as I like firm, but it was tough on my husband. Turns out they were pillow tops but flipped upside down. Staff is friendly and speak quite good English. The pool is lovely. The one on the main floor is lovely, good temperature. The smaller one on the top floor is like a large hot tub and because it's on the roof and small, it heats up, so it's very warm. The gentleman who takes care of the pool every morning does a great job as the pool is very clean. They have free filtered water available all day for guests. We filled up our water bottles as needed. Great not having to worry about going out and buying bottled water. The wifi in the rooms is brutal. Videos take forever to load and can't get streaming services at times, even just going to websites takes a while and might not always work. Not a big deal most of the time if you're on vacation, but could affect people if they need to work. Ate at the restaurant for dinner one of the nights and it was quite good. The waitress was lovely and the food was tasty and reasonably priced for a nice meal. The guac was especially delicious!

Casa Carolina’s hotel is beautiful. The pool is amazing on these hot summer days. The staff here are amazing. Always helpful, always willing to grow the extra mile- they arranged transportation from the airport as well as taxis through out the city as well as transport to Cartagena. The other amazing gem is Eli’s - the restaurant in the hotel. Probably the 2nd best food in Santa Marta. Will definitely return to this hotel. Ask for room 203. A beautiful suite and great location.

Such an adorable place. ALL the staff were friendly and so helpful. Leonardo, Alexcia and Carlos were FANTASTIC. Greeted us with smiles every day. The breakfast was delicious. Such a wonderful place to stay. 4 minutes walking to Park Novio. Go to Cintro Cantina Caribe for an incredible dining experience. Colombian Food on another level!!! LOVED THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL!!!❤️

Amazing stay for all, couples/families/singles, in the lovely city center of Santa Marta. This place is a jewel with wonderful rooms, a fantastic culinary experience, and superb customer service and care. We love the locations for easy access to the historic part of Santa Marta and the marina for scuba diving.

Simple and cozy triple bed room. People are very friendly. Specially Franco was always in good mood and helpful. The hotel is in good state and has beautiful inner courtyard with pools. The restaurant has good food. Central located but area aroind hotel is very poor and shady.
