Jutlandia Family Resort

Hotel was average in terms of facilities. As I was travelling with a one year old it would of been good to know that the entertainment at night isn't a choice. It is so loud as the stage is in the middle of all the apar**ents and disruptive when trying to settle your young one. If I had of known this I probably wouldn't have choose this hotel. Families with older children is great as it continues on until 11pm.

Hotel and staff was brilliant. Catered for my disabled father. Arranged a mobility scooter for him on our arrival and let us have late check out for a fee as we had late flights home. The food was standard but all in all was great. My son absolutely loved the entertainment through the day and night and the pools we great. Would recommend and we will be returning. Shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk away.

We've just got home from a week in Jutlandia (me my husband and 2 kids - 3yrs and 8months) and we've had the best week, despite 3 days of rain initially, the sun finally made an appearance. However: even with rainy days there was still lots to do for the children each day and my 3 yr old daughter absolutely loved the kids club!! We were inside more than outside:). When the sun finally made an appearance, the kids pool was brilliant and they also had a mini football pitch, zip wire swing, children's rides ( for €1 a go), pool tables as well as a night disco at 20.30 and evening entertain afterwards. Although we didn't have any food as we were self catering and enjoy meals out as part of our holiday, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming from the reception to kids entertainers to bar staff to cleaning staff etc it was all so good! We even had a mishap when our laundry was done and a t-shirt didn't come back of my husband's. The matter was resolved and Petra at reception did amazing customer service on resolving the issue so a big thank you to her!! We will definitely be back, can't recommend enough for value for money and experience in a great location just 5-10 minute walk from restaurants, bars and the beach

2nd time back. Just as good. For me, the best part about this place is the staff. From front of house, to entertainment to hospitality staff, they couldn't do enough. Bar service could be a bit faster but that's a minor complaint. Will be back.

Absolutely fantastic stay st Jutlandia. We booked last minute as just wanted a cheap and cheerful week away. We were not disappointed. Food was good, always something to eat, every evening there was something freshly cooked whilst you waited,pork steaks, chicken skewers, veal, lamb. There was also a different joint every night, beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck and a selection of vegetables. Salad, fish and kids buffet also. The snack bar made food fresh fir you, none of this dried up food being sat under hot light for hours! Pool was clean and cold! Beach was like 3 minutes walk down the road! Rooms were basic, could do with a little upgrade, but were clean and nothing to grumble about. Our toilet broke and was fixed within an hour! Although we didn’t have any kids with us, the kid’s entertainment was fantastic and we will be returning with our grandkids! Kids disco was brilliant, all kids were up enjoying it! Evening entertainment was ok, my husband liked the parrot show! One tip, take mozzie spray!! I found out i was allergic to mozzie bites and ended up needing medical trea**ent for infected bites! See you next year Jutlandia!!

Stayed here 10 nights all inclusive. Apar**ent was nice, cleaners come very 2 days and replaces the towels and make the beds. Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. We were on a first floor apar**ent with a small balcony. Apar**ents have a small kitchen with a fridge, which is good to have. There was aircon on the bedroom which was handy on hot days. Pros: Good sized apar**ent and bed comfy. Bathroom etc… recently refurbished. Plenty of plug sockets in each room which was good. Cons: The English TV channels did not work, and you need to pay a deposit for the remote for the TV. Safe – very expensive 10 Euro deposit and 4 euro per day (I usually expect to pay about 2.50 or 3 euro a day elsewhere). There is no soap or such like provided, and in the kitchen no cleaning products etc… to wash any of the dishes if you use them. All Inclusive - Meals are at the Plazamar hotel which is across the road. The restaurant is outside but undercover and you need to go up steep steps and some are uneven. My wife injured herself on our second day and sprained her ankle badly and the staff in the restaurant were not interested when I asked for ice to put on it and no one came to help. Thankfully when we got back across the road the receptionist was slightly more helpful and got some ice from the bar to put on the ankle. The food is fairly good most days, with various meats like steak, chicken or chops, and various types of fish on the grill, and nice stews. Unfortunately I found on 3 or 4 days the food on the hot plate was not very hot, and by the time to sat down the meal was cold. Sometime the choice for children was a but lacking and it would be so easy to stick out a few burgers or nuggets which we only seen once or twice. There is microwave, but it is broken and does not work properly. There is soft drinks, wine, and beer on tap, and you can help yourself at meal times. BAR - When in the hotel the bar snacks are good, burger, chips, salads etc… however, the main issue is the service at the bar. Of all the All-inclusive I have done over the years, I have never had such bad service at a bar! Typically in the evening you would be 15 to 20 minute to get drink. There would be 2 staff of the bar, and one would serve (very slowly) and the other would wash dishes, and rearrange bottles, and do pointless things to avoid serving – this was 100% intentional. Often they would be on their phones etc… and stop serving despite 10 or 15 people standing in the Q. I don’t understand they don’t set up a self service drinks station like they have across in the restaurant to allow people to get soft drinks or beer. The quality of the AI spirits is awful and most were like drinking anti freeze. The bar closes at 11 pm. There is only one area for entertainment, and it is take it or leave it if you want to use the bar area. The entertainment was awful, the parrot show was on 3 times in the 10 days were there, and the various magic acts, were basically the same tricks etc… wit

This is a lovely hotel especially for families with young children. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the all inclusive is very good. The snack bar is very samey and the drinks included on the AI aren't that great. For example they are only pre mixed cocktails but if you pay they will make a proper cocktail. The pools are great albeit are freezing and the rooms are a decent size and the beds comfortable. The kids entertainment was pretty good and the evening entertainment was good too. There was never any issue in getting sun beds during the day. Our only complaint was that the bar queue was often long and staff slow to serve. It probably wouldn't put us off staying there again though

Just got back from an 8 night all inclusive family holiday. We absolutely loved it! Hotel was great for children. There was several different pools (2 lifeguards on duty as well) to choose from and there was a smaller pool with lots of slides and a splash area for the younger kids. My 6 year old boy had the time of his life and our 10 month old baby enjoyed it. We often took her in the kids club where there was lots of toys. The hotel was clean and it felt safe and secure. It was clean and all the staff were friendly, helpful and hard workers! They were all attentive to children. Being all inclusive meant we had our 3 meals a day in the hotel. Breakfast was great and had a large choice of hot food, pancakes, churros, fruit and donuts! The food was good, there wasn't a massive variety of choice so it wasn't overwhelming. I just wish there was more of a choice for kids, there was always chips and pizza but only occasionally did they have chicken nuggets etc. The entertainment was good and my kids loved the mini disco! The location was a short walk from the beach and local shops. It was nice because it's in an area where this is things to do but it is not too busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with small children and we will definitely be returning!

Wow absolutely incredible hotel for kids . Booked 3 nights in April for my son’s birthday. Soon as we checked in Pablo at reception was the most amazing welcome. My son told Pablo it was going to be his birthday and he went above and beyond to make it a special trip for him . Pablo organised for a lovely surprise to be sent to our room on my son’s birthday was a lovely surprise . Thank you Pablo you made our trip . The slides were great kids loved it . The room had everything you need and lovely and clean . Also special shout out to Leo the entertainment was amazing . Kids absolutely adored Leo . Thank you to all the staff at Jutlandia for making this trip unforgettable we’ll defiantly be back :)
