On one of my many stays at the GA hotel, I experienced severed allergies due to the air freshener they use for their rooms, after reporting my situation to Mr. Martinez he immediately provided me to another room and made sure they don't use the product in questioned, since then every time I stay at the GA they are very caution and attentive to my condition since my allergies can trigger my asthma. Taking such responsibility and to have immediate empathy to my situation is part of a great leader and CS representative. To Mr. Martinez and the Staff at the El Gran Almirante hotel, I say, thank you for caring and keep providing Excelent Customer Service!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Our group needed a place to stay after volunteering all week and this hotel was very accommodating and checked us right in. It was a nice place to relax after a long week of working.

The drinks at the bar specially Yasmin are very good . The place is new and clean . This is the best and only hotel you should stay in Santiago for now unless something else come up . They are attentive , the service is very good . I wish there were more food options . hotel it’s great
