Located near metro station for the convenience of going around. Nice lobby with lots of seating, water dispenser and the security standing at the entrance. Fitness room and swiming pool on the fifth floor. Some of the hardware in the room is old.

The room was spacious and clean. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The location is great, making it easy to enjoy walks around the Old Town. Having a water dispenser in the lobby was very convenient.

I absolutely loved Chile, and this hotel was fantastic! Even during the major power outage that hit Chile, the hotel's power supply remained completely uninterrupted. That's the mark of a truly reliable hotel.

Staying here for Just a day after arriving from Punta Arenas before we head up to Manchu Picchu . To many homeless staying around the property and after hours , the hotel will need to lock their gates . Regards
