Art Hotel Santorini

Our stay at Art Hotel Santorini was absolutely wonderful! We booked the Nest Suite, which was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The highlight was the breath-taking view-our balcony and heated jacuzzi overlooked both the sea and the sunset, as well as the picturesque vineyards. It truly felt like we had the full package! Breakfast was a daily delight, with a wide selection of fresh, local products, all beautifully prepared and baked. Every morning felt like a gourmet experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to both Perissa and Kamari beaches, while Fira was just a short 15-minute drive away. The charming village of Pyrgos also had plenty of great options for dinner and coffee, adding to the overall experience. For anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, scenery and convenience, Art Hotel Santorini is an amazing choice. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting Santorini for many years, and this year we discovered the Art Hotel in the beautiful village of Pyrgos, which truly impressed us. A lovely hotel, very clean, with beautiful decor and a delicious breakfast. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. We will definitely return! Thank you very much!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Art Hotel. Our room ( Nest 4) was outstanding with a private pool.and beautiful view. Breakfast was brought to us every morning on time and could order whatever you wished. All.the staff were welcoming and helpful in every way, and always had a smile on their face. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is in a perfect place to explore Santorini. Note this is a quiet hotel which we loved but is not for anyone wanting to party all day/night. We would definitely stay again.

Could be one of the best places have ever stayed such a nice place, clean modern and unique place. Great pool and hot tub. All staff so friendly and welcoming. Get to pick your breakfast on a form and is delivered to your balcony so relaxing. Close to the village. Rooms are so impressive didn’t want to leave great air conditioning, comfy beds and large tvs, the soaps were same as have had in 5* hotel all round just excellent can’t wait to return

In September 2023, my husband and I arrived at The Art Hotel and whilst reception had closed at 9pm, there was a telephone number on the door which our driver Terry called and Fragkiskos arrived within 5 mintues. Check-in Fragkiskos is absolutely amazing. He checked us in and told us all the places he would recommend to visit and things do whilst staying in Santorini. We even walked with him that same night to a restaurant to get some food. Vaso, who also worked on reception, was nice. Both are very professional, courteous and helpful at all times. Room We stayed in the Blissful suite, it is a very big suite with 2 bedrooms each with TV and built in wardrobes, 1 bathroom with a double shower and two sinks and a huge living room area, again with a TV. All rooms had AC and 1 of the rooms has a safe - See photos attached. Bathroom The bathroom has towels, flannels, shower gel, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton wool, cotton buds and a nail file. The only thing missing for me were some robes as this is one thing we never take on holiday but usually they have in our hotel room. Breakfast Breakfast is served to your balcony every morning. I never got the gentlemans name, but he greets you with the warmest smile and was ever so polite. You select what you want from a list of cooked and cold foods of good variety and if you want to amend it for the next morning you just make sure you do it before 9pm which is when reception closes. Beach There is no beach within walking distance. You will have to take a taxi to the nearest beach, which I was told is approximately 10-15 min by taxi. Pool There is a pool that's not very big, however it is adequate for the size of the hotel. The hotel has 10 rooms. Wifi There is Wifi throughout the hotel. I'm not sure how good it was as it did play up for us from time to time. Local Restaurants There are a variety of local restaurants in the locality all walking distance. It's a nice 10-15 min walk away in the evening. It's very safe to walk at night. I would say that ladies should wear comfortable low shoes or sandals as there is hardly any pavement or street lighting and you have to walk in the road. Here are a few of the restaurants we ate in and liked the food, Kantouni, Rymidi, Pyrgos and for lunch, we ate in Johnnie. We eat out a lot when we go on holiday and this has to be the friendliest set of restaurants staff I have ever met. All the restaurants upon seeing us a second time were so welcoming to the point that we even got a complimentary dessert and man, was it the best dessert I have ever eaten! The staff at Johnnie's all gave us hugs the day we were leaving. It felt like having family abroad. They were really nice people, some of the nicest I have met on our travels.

Amazing accommodation! I travelled alone and I needed relaxing holidays, so it was very important to find safe, and quiet place: exactly what ArtHotel is! Staff (especially reception staff ) were absolutely amazing, genuinely cared and very helpful: from booking taxis and tours, recommending restaurants, to chatting about everyday life in Santorini! Very patient and nothing was too much bother! Rooms were very clean and equipped in everything I needed. Breakfasts, served at the balcony: delicious! Wide choice of food and drinks, fresh and filling. Located 10 min slow walk from Pyrgos village (small incline) felt safe to walk there and back after dark, in quieter part of the island, with lower land behind the hotel, its possible to watch a sunset from just outside. Strongly recommending!
