Santorini Dreams Villas

這裏很難找，如果工作人員不出去接根本找不到，跟着地圖走繞了好幾圈。第一天晚上停電，第二天夜裡服務員沒通知的情況下，夜裡拿鑰匙開門進屋來，説看看停電了嗎，嚇的我們一夜沒敢睡。而且住的和圖片上完全不一樣。

Horrible experience, avoid this hotel! They literally put a dark cloud over our Santorini experience. I paid extra for a room with a pool and when we got there the pool was filled with garbage from the last guest, TV didn’t work, coffee machine was broken, and the safe was permanently locked (so not usable). I asked the hotel to compensate us in some way (they could have gifted me a cup of coffee and I would have been happy), instead they doubled downed and told me tough luck. The people who work there are nice. Whoever is making the decisions though has poor business methods and little knowledge of customer service

low accessibility, disappointing breakfast, bathroom for children and low care in the villa. Accessibility: take care, if you have any difficulty walking, this place is hardly accessible. You have to climb on top of the village, rising 65 big steps at least… definitely not for everybody. Nobody warns you that you cannot reach this place if you have any walking difficulty. They should!!! The parking, the markets, everything is down hill so you have to climb more than once every day. The breakfast: it is outsourced to the hotel nearby. We always had to wait 30, even 50 minutes to get any food and drinks. What is absurd is that you have to book your breakfast in advance in an app, so they know what you have ordered, for which time, and still let you wait minimum half an hour, to finally serve you something of poor quality. Big room of improvement. The villa: it looks nice at a first glance, nice furniture, good equipments. it’s kept clean by a very nice lady, Malvina, present and attentive. But, at a second glance you notice the lack of care/logic in the villa: a broken handle on the room window, the sink in the bathroom very low, almost at knees height (when you look in the mirror over the sink you see your belly - i’m not joking- and we are just 1,70cm tall)… it’s a bathroom for children! not comfortable at all if you have back pain. The host: we’ve never seen him, never! he has not welcomed us, nor even given us any instruction to reach the villa. after sms and calls at our arrival, he finally answered to our taxi driver, who was asking for directions. and he sent the cleaning lady to pick us downhill. nobody for bringing our luggage uphill (65 long steps rising the hill… pulling the luggage). The lady offered to take one of our luggage but she was pregnant… would you give your luggage to be pull uphills to a pregnant lady??!!) after a complain from my side about the expected level of service for a villa with that price, the host barely apologized, via sms. To the few requests of information about activities in the island he answered with telegraphic texts or attaching brochures. Basically ignoring phone calls and not calling back. Never offered help for booking or more infos. Whirlpool: the one positive aspect was the heated whirlpool on the terrace, with a lateral view on the caldera and the sunset, very nice. even if there’s no privacy, with tourists passing by in any moment of the day, is a place where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view.

This place really is fabulous - the view from our terrace was amazing and the jacuzzi built into the terrace a real bonus - watching the sunset from the jacuzzi was a highlight. Our host Samson was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed - he even arranged a food delivery on one evening. The villa is at the top of a very steep part of the village and only accessible by foot up steep slopes and steps however the climb is worth it - Samson luckily carried bags up and down! If you have mobility issues then this is not for you, however for anyone else I thoroughly recommend and I would come back. The villa is furnished to a good standard with some lovely touches to make you feel at home - bathroom is great, wonderful shower!

A wonderful place but with a little effort could make a whole world of difference! Situated in the nicest part of Pyrgos. Different, kind of exotic. Our roof top lacked a nice sail to shade the patio (the neighbour had one). Lack of coffee pucks (nespresso). We're promised more, but they never showed up. Our SPA bath on the patio were cold but fixed rather quickly. Great response there. Keep thinking that so little effort could make this place an absolutely paradise.

The view is fantastic and we had a top service thanks to Konstantina. Catamaran tour in semi private is the top! The JoJo beach & Bar at Perivolos is a very good place to go ;) For sure, Fira and Oia are must see.

Endroit à éviter absolument. Personnel incompétent.. désagréable. Prestations vendus et pas respect… aucune réception physique que du téléphone.. il nous ont changé de logement trois fois..une horreur

La verdad es que ha sido un poco desastre todo, no se puede acceder en coche m, es lo único que me achaco a mi desconocimiento por no haberlo visto antes, pero nos cambiaron la habitación nada más llegar, alejados del Hotel, habían excrementos de perro en la zona jacuzzi, no funcionaba bien y las tumbonas tenían gotas de alguna bebida que se había caído. La villa dos habitaciones con unas máquinas encendidas todo el día, para evitar la condensación. El desayuno que teníamos incluido, se tenía que hacer con una App, el 1 días hora y media, el Segundo 2 y ya no fuimos más, aunque te quejes. No nos hicieron la habitación, durante dos dias seguidos , se lo digimos a Vladimir por wassap, pero brilla por su ausencia. La entrada a la villa, todo un espectáculo, una casa medio derruida y el olor mejor no hablar. En fin muy bonito Santorini!!, pero mal recuerdo De la Villa.

Un endroit horrible… une vente de voyage non conforme avec la réalité. Le gérant agressif . Petit déjeuner honteux .. on m’a obligé de changer de logement trois fois .. endroit à fuir absolument.. aucune réception physique que par message
