Ulasan Novotel Lugano Paradiso

Good breakfast with good service, however, Front Desk staff were quite unfriendly.

Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there.

The hotel is very nice. The location is perfect, you can reach the lake easily by foot (ca. 2min). It is annoying that they charge extra for parking.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Will book again!

位置不錯，走路五分鐘就到湖邊了 酒店房間很小，很小。網上寫的13平米是真的沒有誇張。但麻雀雖小 五臟俱全吧，該有的也都有了。 房間裏面有一股味道，白天我都要全天開窗通風。

酒店是四星級的酒店，周邊吃飯買東西非常方便，酒店設施可以的，酒店裝修很好。總的來説是一次好的體驗。下次還會來

酒店挺好的。房間還算是比較大，適合家庭出行，早餐品種不多，但是味道還算是不錯啦。酒店的游泳池蠻適合小孩子的。酒店門口的湖很美，風景很好，出門散步很舒服。唯一的缺點就是這裏離瑞士的有名的景點都比較遠，格林德瓦和因特拉肯還是美多了。

房間乾淨，早餐也豐富，盧加諾的人們真的太有愛了，非常和善，路上行走都會主動打招呼，復活節擺了很多彩蛋和兔子。盧加諾真的太美了，歐洲最美的小城，沒有之一。

酒店非常不錯，位置非常好！主要是乾淨！！！

很有特色 服務也好

This hotel was booked through my group tour with Globus. I have no idea what the price would normally be. The location is okay. It’s about 5 minute walk to the water front and a 20 minute leisure walk to the center of town. It’s a really nice walk along the water, but might be tiresome if you have any mobility issues. The rooms were quite nice. I’m not sure if they have true queen or king beds, as I had two single beds pushed together and covered with a mattress topper. This was great except for the fact that the comforters were two twin size ones still. The bathroom was also one of the biggest ones we’ve had in Switzerland. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. The wall of the bathroom is glass, so if you’re sharing a room with someone in their inside, it does light up the room. There is no curtain because it’s the other side of the shower. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. Switzerland hotel breakfasts definitely cannot compare to the extensive and varied breakfasts at Asian hotels.

We had been traveling for two months and stayed in over twenty hotels during that period. This hotel was a disappointment. The mattresses were old and lumpy. The bed itself was poorly made. The room was clean, but decor was not conducive to rest. The shower does not have a door so it never gets warm. I did not understand the see through wall to the bathroom from the bedroom. It made my husband very uncomfortable while in the shower. The breakfast was outstanding and the reason I gave this rating three stars rather than two. The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff were delightful and eager to please. The location was a little awkward. The train station is almost two miles from the hotel. You will need to hire a taxi. The main attraction is the restaurant at the top of Lugano Mountain. It's fantastic and the only reason to visit this hotel. The funicular is just a half block from the hotel and a treat within itself.

I came here to stay for one night on my own, in a bigger room, i think it was the sweet. I was greeted very well, with free sweet treats on the table. The place was very clean, and everything was organized well. The bathroom was very spacious and pleasing, and the sleeping conditions as well. However, breakfast was bit messy, and it took me some time to get the cutlery needed. There was a lot going on and the food displayed was bit disorganized. The staff was very nice and ready at all times, and im sure the issue only occured that day because there was a football team in the hotel

Excellent hotel in Paradiso, a small municipality in the district of Lugano. The Hotel is very clean, well appointed, with a boujee outside area, & pool. Rooms are lovely and spacious, with a desk & sofa, and a super large bed; unfortunately I did not find the bed that comfortable, and although I did not have the air con on, & the window open, I did find the room fairly warm. The bathroom is great, & the shower is fabulous with strong powerful shower, & amazing Rituals toiletries, just a shame they were not in travel size to take away. Breakfast is good, offering cooked & continental, also with a selection of local cheeses, pastries & Honey & Jams. Staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. The local area offers a good choice of affordable & good places to eat & drink, & the Lake views are incredible. Whilst there is a bus into Lugano, which only takes about 5mins, I would certainly recommend the tree lined walk, along the Lake, roughly 20mins into Lugano, although longer with all the Photograph stops you will do! The walk is exceptional with far reaching views into the Mountains & across the lake to the residential areas.
