This place is remarkable. The property is beyond gorgeous, but what makes it memorable is the astounding staff. Everyone you encounter there makes you feel like part of their family - warmth, sincerity, friendship and attention to your every comfort. The food is spectacular, the bar is remarkable. George and his entire team are amazing (Tassos in the bar, Constantino, Anna and Martina run reception and all your needs, Silvia at breakfast, Niktarios as sommelier in the restaurant, and countless others). Don't hesitate to go here!

The Grace Hotel staff are by far the most friendly, accommodating team I have ever stayed with. From the moment my wife and I arrived for our honeymoon, they were right there to ensure our stay was seamless and relaxing. Our bags were carried to our room, the breakfast staff remembered our drink orders each morning, and they regularly checked on us to make sure our stay was perfect. I couldn't ask for a more relaxing, 5-star experience. Not to mention, the views in Santorini (and our room at Grace Hotel) are priceless! I highly recommend Grace Hotel if you're looking for the best hotel Santorini has to offer.

Our stay at the Grace Hotel was absolutely perfect! The view from our room, and from every shared space at the hotel, was an incredible panorama of the entire caldera from Oia to the lighthouse at the other end. Skaros Rock provided a unique landmark in front of the hotel and a quick identifier when looking for the hotel from Oia and from the ocean's surface. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating for our every need. We traveled in April, so the weather was moderate, but we were still able to make use of the amazing infinity pool. There are a lot of stairs to get between levels of the hotel and the hike to Skaros Rock, but everywhere on Santorini requires climbing hills and stairs. The attention to detail at every turn, including unique gifts and a memory box to collect items from the trip, differentiated the hotel from just being a place to stay.

We stayed this weekend - the staff were amazing, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size, with its own pool - and the facilities were great. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a wonderful stay in Santorini - obviously just be careful if you aren't able to walk far - as there's ALOT of steps.

We came at the very start of the season for a relaxing holiday and it sure did deliver! The staff were so personable and friendly! They knew us by name and greeted us every time we walked by! Incredible views and incredible service. We had nightly nightcaps at 363 and it did not disappoint. We loved the location and seclusion. Easy to get Fira or Oia or any of the wineries. We ate, we drank, and we relaxed!

The Villa at Grace Hotel is truly amazing. Incredible views of the caldera and sunset. George, the butler, is the absolute best. Caters to your every need and couldn’t be nicer! And Thasos, the bartender, makes the best drinks and his cocktail making class is epic.
