Очень довольны, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Очень чисто, убирались каждый день, приносили воду. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое, включая стиральную машинку с функцией сушки. В коридоре можно взять зонтик и отпариватель для одежды. Отличная детская площадка- сын был в восторге. А особенно ему понравилось наблюдать из окна, как взлетают самолёты. При этом в самой квартире тихо. До пляжа идти 10 минут прогулочным шагом. В выходной день показывали на площадке кино и бесплатно раздавали чай и поп корн. Близко расположен большой супермаркет. В следующий раз обязательно ещё раз остановимся в этих аппартаментах.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

Our room two bedroom had a big bed and bunk beds, great for families. There's a community pool and playground for kids, and the beach is within walking distance. The pool opens from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. The staff were really nice and helped us with directions and our bags. Overall, our stay was good, but the beds were really hard, especially for us foreigners. It would be nice if they could get more comfortable beds. Despite that, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

酒店位置很棒，就在海邊，去海邊非常方便，天氣好的話，在海邊椰夢長廊看夕陽簡直美呆了，還可以撿到很多好看的小貝殼。位置離西島也近，後面有去西島的行程安排，果斷有續住了幾晚。房間面積大，隔音好，裝修風格非常獨特，每天都有打掃衞生，非常乾淨，太讚了工作人員，給店長點贊。性價比超高，還有免費的洗衣機房和游泳池，強烈推薦哦

This apartment has kitchen facilities. It is a duplex apartment with three separate bedrooms and two toilets. It is a big apartment with lots of space. There are three traffic signals between the hotel and Sanya Bay, which is around 3 kilometers away from the sea beach, but public transportation is convenient. The building has car parking. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and felt comfortable. My kids like this apartment a lot as they are playing around.

It was good experience, but I arrived hotel at 10:00pm they give me different room with which i booked, they said no available room and second day will give me same my booking room , i booked sea view they give me swimming pool view , staff was polite, room was clean , breakfast was suitable for Chinese not very convenient for foreigners

The location of the hotel is prime, however there are some construction sites near the hotel which made it quite noisy at times. Due to this, the hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite (shown in the pictures) overlooking the beautiful view. We were also blessed to have Wendy, a client liaison, assigned to us to attend to our needs. She shared helped tips and activities. Though the view is stunning, there are helicopters flying to and from the island to which this hotel is looking. Be informed that this does spoil a peaceful atmosphere when being in the room or on the balcony. The food was great, as there was a wide variety of dishes and sitting outside topped off the holding feeling.

This hotel gives off a friendly vibe and you can definitely feel the family atmosphere. The overall stay was pleasant, the view from the hotel room was beautiful, however the room smelled a little bit of mold because of the humidity the first days. The service is a little lacking especially for foreigners. One of the reasons why we chose this hotel, for it mentions having English speaking staff but during our stay unfortunately the staff struggled to communicate with us and that led to some mishappenings and we couldn’t enjoy everything that was included in our package.

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.
