Saya tinggal di hutan bakau sebelum 2014. Selepas 7 tahun, kemudahan hotel dan penyelenggaraan bilik sangat baik. Perkhidmatan hotel adalah sama dengan pengalaman keselesaan pada tahun itu. Naik taraf bilik adalah percuma. Penerimaan tetamu hotel Faye Wong mempunyai sikap layanan yang sangat baik. Ambil inisiatif untuk menghantar bagasi anda ke bilik. Lain kali apabila anda datang ke Sanya, anda akan memilih untuk tinggal di hutan bakau.

Datang musim ini, hotel ini sangat menjimatkan kos, dengan sarapan pagi, kolam renang dan tiket taman air. Walaupun tidak banyak projek terbuka, kakitangannya sangat sabar! Berbaloi untuk tinggal

Persekitaran keseluruhan seluruh dunia peranginan masih baik, iaitu hiasan bilik dan kemudahan yang sangat ringkas, terutamanya katil mencecah dinding, tiada sisi katil, dan tiada rak untuk kotak dan pakaian. Perkhidmatannya rata-rata. Mungkin perniagaan bukan semasa wabak. Sebab yang baik ialah terdapat sangat sedikit tetamu dan lebih bersimpati,

Biliknya sangat besar dan selesa! 300 yuan semalam tidak termasuk sarapan pagi, tiket ke Water World masih berbaloi! Sangat menyesal menempah Hotel Harman pada malam sebelumnya! Ramai lelaki di hotel adalah pelatih, tetapi mereka sangat bersemangat, baik dan fleksibel! Macam bakau! Bernilai lima bintang!

Semasa kami datang, penyambut tetamu Liang Junming menerima kami dan membantu kami membawa barang dan air mineral kami. Hotel ini sangat tinggi dan sangat bersih. Udara sangat baik pada waktu pagi, dan Amazon Amusement Park sangat baik. Anak perempuan saya dan saya tidak mahu pergi. Terdapat juga bas ulang-alik percuma yang boleh sampai ke banyak tempat.

Once in lifetime Hotel !! I am staying in good hotels in many countries dozens of times a year. The Mangrove Hotel here provides a pleasant and comfortable environment within an hour of check-in. I don't say When you come to Sanya, you have to stay at this hotel. You have to come to Sanya in order to stay at this hotel. I was at Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay (Buddha Tower).

My Chinese is not good but I could enjoy the stay by the support of the staff who speaks English, named Perou. But basically most of visitors are Chinese so if you couldn't speak Chinese at all then the stay at Sanya will be tough. The view from the room was nice but until late night the Karaoke voice from the garden came into the room, since in the garden there are several restaurants or bars. Basically I satisfied the stay at this hotel. I think the restaurant out side of hotel is better.

The hotel is a complete package for family vacation, whole mangrove complex is equipped with water park (mini), shopping complex (mini but with ample of good choices), multiple restaurants, and is architected with a vibrant ambiance. The hotel itself is neither old nor modern, but its service and amenities were excellent to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was super spacious as my child enjoyed running and playing here and there, and the view of mangrove property from the balcony is "wow". Many thanks to Ms Perou and intern Rohan, who took good care and concern for us, will definitely stay here if I come to Sanya again.

I would give 4 starts on everything. There is really nothing higher than 4 nor lower than 4. The package trip.com offered was really enjoyable, thanks for that! Communicating receptionists was little bit difficult due to they have no English.

The hotel is very beautiful environment, staffs are friendly and speak english well, many own restaurants with different selections, inhouse water park is amazing. Really want to notice that I view was wonderful. I want to special thank you miss Perou for her very supportive attitude❤️❤️❤️.

Location wise is not bad. This hotel has 6 different buildings and has different names for each tower. Think they are eco green building and hence the hotel lobby and hotel room walkway there is no air con. Some parts of the hotel amenities are under renovation at this moment which I think they are getting ready for their upcoming china national holiday. The hotel room smells woody and old. No complaint for the price that we have paid. The food street is so ghostly and nothing to eat. The water park also very pathetic. A lot of water play is not open and so run down.

Everything was great. The service was amazing, special thanks to Boris, he helped us to move around the city and recommended places to eat. The rooms are clean and spacious, big terrace with view to the garden was a good choice. I totally recommend this hotel, we travelled with our 6 months baby and everyone was so attentive with her.

Room too dimmed, alley from room to lift too dark. The aircon in one room spoilt halfway. We added 1 extra bed and they insisted to pay there and then. Mind you, its 12mn and we were all exhausted from our trip, but they not understanding & we stayed for 2 nights, not just one night.. so yeah.. its the worst hotel we stayed during our 10-day holiday trip in Hainan island.
