C.in c.out esnasında arkadaşlar güleryüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Odada öncelikli olarak banyo yenilenmesi gerekir.küvetli oda ,küvet aşırı yüksek ve temiz değildi. Otel içi yenilenmesi gerekir. Havuzları çok eğlenceliydi. Havuz bar çalışanları kabaydı. Nakit ödeme için bileklik doldurmam gerektiği ve kalan paramın aynı gün alınması gerektiği söylendi.para iadesi için gittiğimde yarın yine buradayız kullanabilir miyim diye sordum kullanabilirsiniz diye bar personeli beni yanlış yönlendirdi.kalan bakiyeyi ertesi gün kullanamadık ve hotel benim paramı gasp etmiş oldu.böyle saçma bir uygulama ne gördüm ne duydum.çok bi para değildi sorun değil ama kahve ikram etmelerini istedim kahve alacaktım çünkü .bir kahve ikram etmekten acizler.kafalarına göre takılan bar personelleri ,üzücü gerçekten . Kahvaltı 👎🏻 Garaj giriş personeli yardımseverdi ,kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

I have stayed in many hotels due to my job, but this is the DIRTIEST, WORST, DISGUSTING and OLDEST etc. I have ever seen in my life. Actually, it should be called a Shack. The rooms are falling apart, everything I touch is broken, the refrigerator doesn't cool, the TV doesn't work, the bathtub and faucet are broken, the cabinets are broken, the floors are not mopped, the elevators are broken and smell bad, the pool is filthy, there are cigarette butts at the bottom, there are hair, stones, soil, and branches, the floors are not washed, it is greasy and dirty, the water smells like FILTHY, the hotel and its surroundings are full of cat feces, etc. The breakfast is mediocre and bad, etc. I called the managers, nothing was done, they are insincere, indifferent and liars, I don't know what else to write. Definitely don't go, it is filthy, it is FILTHY, everywhere is broken and dilapidated.

The hotel is nice, the aqua park is good, but the water is too chlorinated, your eyes are covered in blood, the breakfast was good, the staff was helpful.

Great stay at a large hotel with a pool and spacious room

The hotel is nice, and the water park is lovely. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the bottoms of our feet were black in the pool areas. The marble floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned. There's nothing to do in the evenings. We just stay in our rooms.

The hotel was old, we were on the 5th floor, the door at the entrance to the elevator going to the pool had no handle, the dirt at the bottom of the pool was stinging your feet, there were exposed electrical cables everywhere, even the cables for the lighting in the pool were outside.

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars, it is very old, the behavior of the employees is not nice, the cleaning is not enough, the pool and slides are good.

I use this hotel all the time. Satisfactory. The pool is ***et good. It would be better if there was a personalized omelet for breakfast. The rooms are ***et clean

They say non-smoking room. The room smells like cigarette smoke. There are no towels or towels in the spa. There are no masseurs or masseuses. No swimming caps in the pool.

The hotel is a price performance hotel, we liked the use of the sauna and hot pool, the steam room was broken when I went 1 month ago, when I went now they said it was broken, it would be better if the breakfast was a little more diverse.
