This hotel is so good and here staff is also so helpful , just a request to introduce some vegan food as well as it’s so difficult for vegan . Great location We enjoyed water park , show , beach and aquarium , at one place many avtivities .

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis. Every staff was so kind and warm, especially Estou (凌月) helped me a lot such as carrying bags, booking restaurant and she also gave me a special gift. Waterpark was so much fun and I had a fabulous dinner at Gordon Ramsey's famous restaurant Bread Stree. Not only that, but also live band at Tikki Bar played charming musics. I would definitely choose to stay at Atlantis if I were to visit Sanya again. Had a wonderful memory here.

We had a wonderful 7 days with our family. We dived in the aquarium, played in the water park, watched the whale show, and our children had great memories. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for your great service.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Sanya. The room was impeccably clean, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and seamless. Mrs. Rafaela was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. With so many activities to choose from, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort at all during our short visit.

We had a really nice and enjoyable few days. The pool and the outdoor pool at the hotel are very nice. I really liked it. This hotel employer name’s Majeed Arif very nice and kind service. Also give us little presents for my children. My daughter very happy to staying.

We are coming to Atlantis Sanya every year and we always enjoy the great service and the abundance of facilities this place has to offer for families. This year we had particularly great support by Rafaela who took care of all our needs with great motivation. I would like to leave one constructive remark the hotel could try to improve. During the years we noticed that breakfast options became less diverse. The buffet is large but it's mainly every day the same. I would hope to see a bit more western style options in the coming year as we definitely will head back to Atlantis for the next Christmas time.

We had a good stay at Atlantis Sanya. The room is very clean and comfortable, while we did not go to the water park due to the weather, the aquarium kept us occupied with shows and performances. The C show was amazing and a must go. We were well served by our Butler 小郝 during our stay, he attended to all our questions and requests with great professionalism.

This is our second time visit Atlantis Sanya. Really a nice place and kids friendly, will visit soon again. We have a housekeeper name Estou Rafaela which is very helpful.
