This hotel is walking distance to dadonghai beach. The location have restaurants/beach amenities and nightlife. Very nice breakfast

Good overall for the price. Facilities somewhat outdated but room is spacious. Breakfast is alright, not next to the beach but free shuttles available. Gym lacks equipment, pool is good. Attention and service is kind. Even though we are next to a street, noise doesn’t get to the building

I liked that the location is a little further away from Dadonghai, not in a noisy touristy area. Hotels staff is helpful; the hotel has beach shuttles three times a day. Breakfast and dinner buffets are good too.

the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily

Since our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, we were kindly upgraded to a sea-view room. We also enjoyed the convenience of a late checkout option through Trip. Truly a top-notch experience—well done!

Staying at the Four Seasons was such a beautiful experience 🌿✨ The whole place felt luxurious and welcoming, but what truly made it unforgettable was the bathtub on the balcony 🛁💫 Nothing beats soaking under the open sky with a peaceful view—it felt like my own little slice of paradise. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top-tier, but that balcony bathtub is what I’ll be dreaming about until my next visit 💕

This is my second time staying in this hotel.The advantage is a nice pool with beautiful night view,room also has a nice one.Hotel has free washing clothes service,room was clean .I wish they do more affordable price for breakfast.

We had a great time there. Perfect place to stay with a baby, huge bed, good breakfast, nice clean swimming pool! Definitely will come again.

Our room attendant, #12, was incredibly diligent. Despite the many beer bottles we left, she patiently and thoroughly cleaned everything. On my first day, I got my slippers quite dirty at the beach, and she even went above and beyond to wash them sparkling clean for me! That's true dedication! I highly recommend this hotel. All the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful; the security guard at the entrance and the bellhop even assisted with our luggage. A truly wonderful experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Dadonghai, and Yalong Bay is just a 30-minute drive away, making it very convenient for exploring Sanya. The room was incredibly spacious with a large bed, and I particularly appreciated the well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The oversized bathtub on the balcony was a lovely touch. Downstairs, the hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool and a fish spa. A special mention for the large desk and desk lamp in the room – this was incredibly helpful for families with school-aged children, ensuring homework could be done without any hassle. We stayed for three nights, and a complimentary dinner was included, though the dishes offered were quite similar to the breakfast buffet. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Wei Xiuli, the breakfast attendant, and the cleaning staff on the fifth floor – both deserve high praise. Upon returning home, I learned that Hainan offers tourism subsidies. I called the hotel to inquire about the invoice needed for the application, and the staff member was very patient and helpful. I hope to successfully apply for the subsidy. There were many Russian guests at the hotel, which indicates it's also well-regarded by international visitors. Sanya is beautiful, the hotel is excellent, and we will definitely return!

Robert was especially wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering something for everyone, and everything tasted great. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach and within walking distance of the night market. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
