Ulasan Four Seasons Ocean Courtyard Hotel Sanya

Rakan-rakan disyorkan untuk menginap di hotel ini, dan rasanya seperti rumah, persekitaran yang bersih, indah, dan layanan yang ramah. Pinggang saya tidak elok dan katil terasa sedikit empuk. Pelayan membantu menukar tilam. Terutama pelayan Chunlian hangat dan bijaksana. Aksen Timur Laut membuat kita merasa ramah. Saya akan menginap di hotel ini di Sanya pada masa hadapan! Juga akan mengesyorkannya kepada rakan-rakan di sekitar saya. Harganya juga sangat menyenangkan. Hotel mewah mempunyai harga yang berpatutan. Lokasi geografisnya juga sangat baik, sebaliknya adalah dasar pelayaran, pemandangannya indah, dan juga sangat dekat dengan tempat pemandangan Luhuitou. Pendek kata, saya sangat berpuas hati.

Untuk meringkaskan dalam satu ayat, prestasi kos adalah sangat tinggi, dan sudah tentu terdapat banyak masalah. Kelebihan: Bilik ini sangat besar. Setiap balkoni mempunyai tab mandi. Masalah yang ada: Bilik dan kemudahannya agak usang, sarapan pagi hanya boleh dianggap ok, tidak banyak jenis, dan rasanya hampir. Walau bagaimanapun, saya fikir masalah terbesar ialah perisian, iaitu perkhidmatan. Walaupun ia adalah bintang lima yang mewah, sebenarnya, jika perkakasan adalah dua nafas, perisian itu adalah sepuluh nafas. Concierge berada di sana, dan saya tidak tahu untuk datang untuk membantu dengan bagasi; apabila kaunter penerimaan tetamu mendaftar masuk, saya tidak tahu bahawa saya akan mengambil inisiatif untuk memaklumkan tentang sarapan pagi dan maklumat lain yang berkaitan. Untuk ini, tidak perlu mengeluarkan wang, selagi latihan mencukupi, ini sangat kurang. Satu-satunya layanan yang diterima baik diberikan kepada Sister Sun di bilik tetamu. Ia adalah sikap perkhidmatan terbaik dalam beberapa hari saya tinggal. Tetapi pada akhirnya, saya masih perlu berkata-walaupun banyak persoalan, memandangkan harga lebih dua ratus, basikal jenis apa yang anda mahukan? Jadi harganya sangat tinggi. (Namun begitu, saya berharap pihak hotel dapat melatih dan mengukuhkan rasa perkhidmatan)

The location is okay, its quite dark at night not suitable to walk down to the street area. The service of the front desk wasn’t very good, we are in the line waiting for our turn to check in. Instead of doing ours, they check in for the guest (believe they are Chinese resident). The breakfast was ok, nothing fabulous. The room is big and comfy, however we heard dog barking on second night thinking it was stray dog nearby. However, the dog was in the door next to ours. The policy on the hotel showing pet not allow not sure how the guest bought the pet up without them knowing.

As a foreigner staying in Sanya, I’d highly recommend the Four Seasons. The rooms are huge and clean, nothing beats a bathtub on the balcony overlooking great views of downtown Sanya. The staff was incredibly helpful and they always went out of the way to help me if it was knowing where to go, hailing a taxi or even getting tickets to events. The breakfast was both western and eastern to appease everybody, buffet style so it was a good buy. The location is central and a short walk to Dadonghai beach area. Yalong Bay is a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Overall, this was a great experience and I’d highly recommend it.

The room had a weird smell but was fixed easily. Other than that it's a great place that's in the middle so it's easy to travel.

Great location, nice city view, large bathtub on the balcony and breakfast served till 1pm. The room has no fridge but one can be requested, ice is an issue as they only will give you a bag saying their ice machine is too small as an excuse. The staff at the hotel are clueless, nobody knows how to do anything and give you attitude, very disrespectful, difficult to deal with and infuriating. Had our breakfast table cleaned when we went to the bathroom including our personal belongings and room key, when staff couldn’t locate our belongings we found them after we dug around in the rubbish. Horrible experience overall. My wife was not so impressed with her birthday getaway to say the least.

The hotel is a bit old but very nice atmosphere. The pillows and beds are super comfortable. Room heating and ac are good but filters and vents need to be cleaned. The hotel signs are not super clear. The room I took had a hottub outsid, which would have been great if not for it facing another hotel, so zero privacy outside. The bathroom could have been cleaned better to get rid of mold. The doors in room were not closing properly. The gym advertised was not what was available. It barely had 4 pieces of equipment in total. The pool was not clean or inviting. They said the pool temp was warm but when feeling the water it was not. The area around the pool made it look deserted and unwelcoming.

My room no. 3032, I was stayed here for 3 days, cleaning staff also very good service, especially cleaning staff no. 14 & no. 9, they are excellent good services. If I will be back here I will definitely stay your hotel and will recommended to my friend, if they are travelling at sanya.

An excellent hotel with friendly staff and very good local amenities. Well worth staying if you're here for a short trip, at I was. A bit outdated in places, though, but that's part of the charm, I guess!

great hotel and great location as it was a short 15 minute walk from the beach as well as about a 10 minute walk from many nice restaurants!

I believe it was a great place some 10-15 years ago but as for now, it desperately needs a renovation and a serious cleaning. The room was fine, very big with an amazing bathtub on the balcony! But the bathroom was really not that good: the shower’s and toilet’s doors couldn’t be closed properly so the water was everywhere and the curtain was unimaginably dirty! Breakfast options are very poor. There is a road nearby with a heavy traffic so if you are a light sleeper, keep it in mind! Overall, if you are traveling on budget it’s ok. The seaside is around 10 minutes on foot and the view from the balcony is amazing!

Rooms are nice and clean, however for a tropical place they are missing the most important thing.. a fridge 😅 The balcony has a great bathtub, however beware if you have the corner room, your balcony neighbours might catch you nude in the tub eating a pineapple 😅😅 The Breakfast runs all the way till 13:30, big bonus this one. Go a bit later like 11:00, the food is much better but you can still get your coffee etc. and chill outside. The “gym” is not a gym, but there’s a great one just down the road for 20元 a day. It’s one of the older Hotels in Sanya but it’s well maintained, staff is friendly, some English spoken, you can rent an e-scooter directly too. For the price, could stay here again.
