Staff took initiative to help foreigner like myself to set up WeChat pay etc…) - room has balcony that has fantastic sea view - room has a smart device (can ask system to turn on aircon, the weather etc..) - electronic binds and curtains - separate bath tub and shower Negatives - hotel showing signs of wear and tear - a good local hotel (good for Chinese standard but may fall short of international tourist standard) - no hair conditioner -balcony has no fan

Отель расположен очень удачно в центре города. Легко уехать в любую сторону города. Своей территории почти нет. Рядом большой торговый центр, где можно купить продукты в супермаркете, одежду и обувь. Есть несколько кафе. Вокруг отеля есть много ресторанов и кафе. Ночной рынок. В 15-ти минутах неспешной ходьбы находится больница китайской традиционной медицины. Недалеко рядом с рекой расположены парки. Очень красиво и можно с удовольствием гулять, отдыхать. Само здание отеля спроектировано не очень комфортно. В нашей ситуации мы жили как в центре колодца. С видом на соседние номера. На балконе есть ванна, столик, стулья и сушилка для белья. Но вечером с включенным светильником чувствуешь себя как на экране телевизора. Бассейн расположен на 8 этаже. Небольшой, есть лежаки. Туда практически не попадает солнце, поэтому позагорать не получится. Понравилась ванная комната , теплый унитаз с системой подмыва. Туалетные принадлежности есть все. Не понравилась кровать. Очень жёсткая. Подушки тонкие. Спать на одной неудобно, а на двух - слишком высоко. Вместо тапочек предложены сланцы. Это не очень удобно. Когда приходишь с уставшими ногами не очень хочется надевать эту резиновую обувь. Уровень обслуживания номеров очень хороший. Приветливые и улыбчивые горничные и персонал на ресепшн. Завтраки обычные, даже немного бедно. Когда приезжающих много, не всегда успевают добавить блюда. Шумоизоляция плохая. Особенно когда приезжают новые люди ночью, очень мешает грохот дверей и громкие крики ( громким разговором это не назовёшь). В целом неплохо. Но не отлично.

I had such a great experience at this hotel in Sanya! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by all the spots you’d want to explore. The pool was super nice, perfect for chilling when you don’t feel like heading to the ocean. The best part? I got upgraded to a better room by the sweetest receptionist ever, Xiaojing 小静 (seriously, she’s the best!). The upgraded room had the most stunning beach view—I didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a spot with amazing vibes and top-notch service, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is nice and clean but the hotel is old therefore the showers are old and the rooms are not new. But the service is very nice and they are very helpful.

This hotel is close to the airport, about 15 minutes, and it's about a 30 minutes drive into Sanya. It's good if you just want to be near the ocean and still be close to the airport. I enjoyed the stay here. Pros: The staff are helpful. The room was clean. Very exciting to see a thoroughly clean room, so I was 😁. The bed was very comfortable.🤩 The beach is about 5 minutes walk. 😍 I didn't try the food and other services as I was only stopping through and needed a cheap pace to sleep. There's a bathtub that works. The price is very reasonable and it's a good quality. Cons: The shower water didn't get as hot as I prefer. The air conditioner works well, but not well enough for a women in menopause 😅. The building is older so it shows. There are small minor details that could use maintenance but overall, the facilities are well kept. I don't see it as a concern but others might. There are a few negatives but still worth a stay.

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

Service: The people are very nice and helpful. Location: near Dolphins, abt 5 min walk to the beach. It’s located on a hill but they have an elevator so you don’t have to walk all the way to the street. Cleanness: rooms are good. We get new towels (also beach towel) every day. Every 3 days they changed sheets. The little fridge is good and cold. We asked for a sunny balcony so they gave us an upgrade with a big balcony. There is garage to park your car/scooter and also charge if needed. We did breakfast 1 time. Just normal breakfast. Pool is very nice and because it’s high up there’s a nice breeze. Overall, very content with this hotel and would recommend!

酒店規模很大，交通方便，環境優雅，裝修漂亮，我最喜歡的就是超大的游泳池。前台服務員很熱情，這裏需要給我們的值班經理給一個點贊，非常遺憾忘了問他的名字。 事情是這樣的。昨天因為颱風問題提前游泳池臨時關閉，因為我特別喜歡游泳，也是衝著有游泳池而訂房，按酒店的當時的相關規定是不能游泳，當這位經理得知我的情況後，多次協調相關部門，並請示領導並安排安保人員看管讓我遊了半小時。這位值班經理靈活處理，在沒有違反酒店的規章政策時滿足了客户的需求。 如果不是這位經理靈活處理，我對酒店肯定是有抱怨。我也希望酒店的領導鼓勵這位經理。

酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利，周邊有許多餐飲和購物場所。酒店的服務非常周到。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住手續非常迅速。房間寬敞明亮，裝修豪華典雅，床鋪舒適，衞生條件也非常好。浴室設施齊全，洗浴用品品質上乘。此外，酒店的餐飲服務也非常出色。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮美味。餐廳環境優雅舒適，服務人員態度專業。總的來説，這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都達到了五星級標準，性價比非常高，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。
