Hotel di Teluk Yalong, Sanya

Great hotel! We stayed here for 6days it was a blessing. They change towels every day, clean the room and restock amenities.We asked them several times to take us to the beach in a different time from usual schedule and they took us there with pleasure. You can do your laundry for free, swim at pool till late hours. When you check in they give you coupons for discounts at hotel’s cafe. They even offered a taxi pick up from the airport for free. Lovely staff that tries to speak English and be helpful. The breakfast has a sandwich with fries and unlimited coffee. The hotel itself is stylish and trendy. If I ever come to Sanya I’ll prefer staying here. The distance from food/beach is about 5 min walking. Wi-Fi works perfectly!

It’s under the Swissotel brand, but surely dated overall, some renovations have obviously been done, but can’t say it was a very good job, typical 4 star hotel in China, it wasn’t well maintained. Seems it was acquired from a Chinese hotel group in recent years, and then just rebranded as Swissotel. There’s a decent “walking street” with food and stuff right behind the hotel, so that was convenient. Their breakfast was better than most other Chinese hotels in general, but the quality/selection is not close to any thing you may find at a 4 star hotel in the states or EU.

民宿的地理位置優越，裝修風格超級出片,需要出片的姐妹一定一定一定要來這家！！！！[哇][哇][哇]巨巨巨好看拍照！[鼓掌]交通也很便利，出門可以自己租小電驢也可以打車,如果門口沒有租的前台工作人員也會熱心幫忙聯繫,民宿到各個景點也好還有到各個交通站也好都非常的便利。到酒店後有微信諮詢一些遊玩攻略，前台工作人員很耐心的講解，酒店進門就會有工作人員幫忙拎行李非常熱情，入住的時候前台小哥哥還送我們到房間且升級了房間誒,人超好！！工作團隊都非常的熱情且專業。從訂酒店開始到離店，民宿給我的感覺就是非常的温馨舒適，讓我在度假之餘能得到一個放鬆舒緩的休息環境，很棒的民宿🏨！！！

出差來過一次之後 就一直在這邊住 很舒服 兩個人住 一人一張床 互不打擾 空間足夠大 還互相都有私隱 衞生很好 沒的説 前台小姐姐很漂亮 很熱情 有問必答 酒店一樓還有租車 旅遊 餐廳 超市 配套設施齊全 樓下停車場 很多車位 還有充電樁 很合適 贊

Very beautiful hotel with lots of Instagram-able corner. Friendly service and helpful advice. There's a night market with a lot of fresh seafood on the main street outside the hotel. Must cheaper than Sanya city center. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from Yalong Bay Rain Forest Park (亚龙湾森林公园). 來三亞旅遊選擇了山海梧桐 沒想到就此開啟了一段如夢如幻的旅程～ 民宿整體裝修典雅🍃 空中瀰漫著淡淡木質香 彷彿在訴説著古老而又温馨的故事 瞬間就讓我感到一種輕奢的氛圍包裹着自己 超大的泳池很好出片 滿滿的海島度假風⛱ 房間裏每一扇窗户都像是一個畫框🖼 框住了外面絕美的風景 看到窗外的藍天白心情瞬間愉悦起來 - 值得一提的是民宿的貼心服務 工作人員總是帶着温暖的笑容 無論是幫忙拿行李 還是介紹民宿 都讓人感覺格外暖心 - 在這裏彷彿置身於一個遠離塵囂的世外桃源 這裏的每一刻都讓我陶醉 每一個角落都充滿了驚喜 如果有機會去三亞一定要感受一下山海梧桐 相信你也會愛上這裏！

老闆娘很好，給我推薦了周邊很多好吃的，告訴我周邊哪些地方可以玩。在老闆娘家定森林公園的票比網上還便宜幾塊錢，淡季還有專人接送非常贊！房間乾淨且安靜，店員那幾個小夥子服務也很到位，第一天辦完入住和老闆娘聊天，有一個店員小夥子去買水還順便給我買了一瓶東方樹葉，看得出來老闆娘對他們肯定也很不錯，讓他們不會在意這些小錢，小小的舉動讓顧客體驗拉滿。

A beautiful quiet place in Yalong Bay. Needless to say ir's HUGE! It can easily accomodate a family of 6 people. Rooms are very clean and comfy, there was a jaccuzzi which children enjoyed alot. It's 6 mins drive to Yalong beach or Sunny bay beach. They give free drop off and pick up once a day. I highly recommend sunny bay beach as its super clean. Also 5mins drive to Boho street. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. They help in every aspect and are very quick to reach you for anything you want. If you are ok for not staying beachside then this is highly recommended.

This place is AMAZING! 12/10 beyond expectations! We stayed for 3 days and would def come back in the future. It provides fresh and nutritious breakfast and afternoon tea. The staff and services felt warm and welcoming, meanwhile the wabi-sabi decor and zen garden saturates a slow-down lifestyle and aesthetics. Definitely highly recommend. It's also a good deal compared to the prices of nearby resort hotels which are much older constructions with outdated interiors. Very convenient in terms of location as well - we went to the local village night markets with local seafood restaurants. 良宵隐是我住过最惊喜的民宿！建筑和花园的设计真的绝美，有种宋代茶室的古风，又有种日式的侘寂风 - 超级超级出片！有很多精致的小细节：入住的时候会在房间里点一支香，门口的竖笛上别了新鲜采摘的小野花，早餐的筷子摆设在细巧的一节竹竿上...民宿的服务也是一绝，中西餐都有，提供私人管家式的贴心服务，小符管家，还有餐厅的梅子姐，还有帮我们拎行李的小哥都特别好。庭院里还有一只可爱的兔兔叫月白，很亲人。位置就在亚龙湾海滩边，我们每天都去附近的六盘村夜市吃海鲜（推荐那家乡村海鲜！）

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again!
