Отличное расположение, вид на гору и море, до ближайшего пляжа 15 минут пешком. Просторные изолированные комнаты с независимыми кондиционерами. Мгновенная поддержка хозяина по любым вопросам. Хозяин при встрече показал ключевые точки для отдыха. Вдали от ночного шума. Идеально для семьи.

Squat toilets are in the rooms without balconies, which I discovered when I moved from the balcony room. The shower and bed are also much lower quality for not much or a price difference, so I recommend the balcony room. The bathroom, bedding, kettle were all clean. The balcony furniture in good repair. Nice smelling toiletries. The owner was a sweet lady. I would definitely stay again. :)

Wonderful, big apartment near the sea, stuff is great, quiet place to enjoy holidays for a reasonable price. We stayed at hotels before but they were noisy and rooms small. This apartment is our best stay in Sanya.

Снимала самую обычную комнату на сутки , так как приехала в 3 утра из аэропорта, хозяйка очень приятная спустилась , встретила и комнату по итогу дали супер классную , с балконом и полным видом на море . В номере были все удобства , стиральная машинка , чайник , принадлежности для душа , не смотря на то , что у меня было всё своё , но всё равно очень приятно.Чистые полотенца, кондиционер работает идеально , есть wi-fi. К морю ну реально 1 минута , в этом была вся цель моего прибывание в апартаментах. Рекомендую , круче чем Берри отели и все близко лежащие ) Очень хорошая хозяйка, сделала скидку , на бронирование следующих дней , так как мне очень понравилось и я там была в итоге 4 дня ) жила на 21 этаже

The check in desk was very helpful, and met me even though my flight was late and I arrived close to 2:30am. The room was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom was a bit smaller than the photos. But the view from the balcony was amazing (in the photo). It’s within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and close to all of the big tourist restaurants in Dadonghai. The location is super great.

酒店房間很大設施設備齊全，附近玩的地方挺多，停車也方便，離海邊很近，房間乾淨衞生前台服務好，整體上很不錯，電視都是大電視，孩子們都喜歡看電視，家庭親子住很方便很不錯，來三亞住這裏值得推薦。一個字：贊

Good hotel, with a great location near dadonghai beach and tourist centre. Room was good, although furniture was a bit old and worn. Room service was prompt, and came by every morning like clock work. Lots of restaurants nearby and next door. A supermarket is also next door, you will have to take an escalator downstairs. Due to the location being a tourist area, expect to pay tourist prices, if you prefer to eat at international chain restaurants. Good experience. Would stay again. Note , you check in on the sixth floor.

這幾天來三亞，這是住的最好的一間民宿，攜程上面看了幾家，看好評不多，但是評價都很好，因為好多圖片跟文字實際都不符合，所以特意打電話問的，老闆説這是新裝修沒多久的，果斷下單，一進屋果然眼前一亮，特別乾淨，還有一股糖果的味道，床品的質量也很好，床很軟，最想説的就是空調，空調在頭頂，但是沒有一丁點被吹的感覺，尤其女生怕吹，這個可以完全不用擔心，我已親自試驗過了，還有晾衣架，淋浴噴頭水也好，很沖，裝修的風格不錯，可以放心住，不踩坑，老闆也很熱情，還會合理規劃合理出遊路線，很nice 環境：屋子內裝修的很好，無異味，全新 衞生：很乾凈，浴巾質量很好 設施：9新 服務：態度很好

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.
