Hotel berhampiran Xindazhou Square, Sanya

This hotel is better than it shows on the pictures. It’s a budget hotel but t location is good, 15 min walk to the beach (on a little slope though). The room is small but with everything you need, it also looks new and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms is nice and comfortable. For the price I doubt you can find something better than this hotel. I recommend it!

Nice room, large bath in the balcony, which we used almost every night. It just take long time to be filled. But overall great hotel. Don’t expect much from breakfast but there is plenty of options. Swimming pool is nice too, and it overlooks the street. Stuff friendly and helpful. Some can speak English. Location is very convenient too.

Sangat dekat dengan Luhuitou dan Dadonghai, sangat mudah. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk keluar dan bermain. Menuruni bukit dan membelok ke kanan adalah stesen bas, yang sangat mudah untuk pergi ke tempat yang indah itu. Intinya anda masih boleh memasak di tingkat 7. Kami membeli makanan laut dan memprosesnya sendiri, yang menjimatkan banyak wang. Memang bagus👍Adik-beradik di meja depan semuanya sangat baik. Mereka tinggal selama beberapa hari. Great location, executive reception service, but nobody speaks English and never smiles, breakfast is not delicious, better have a morning meal somewhere out; no swimming pool, it’s dry and dirty, the room is dark, no lights enough; if you don’t plan to spend plenty of your time in your suite, the place is for you, price is quite reasonable.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. It's easy to call a taxi and explore the nearby beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a room on a higher floor and was happy to receive on with a beautiful view of the Bay Area. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was worth the price.

Good hotel, with a great location near dadonghai beach and tourist centre. Room was good, although furniture was a bit old and worn. Room service was prompt, and came by every morning like clock work. Lots of restaurants nearby and next door. A supermarket is also next door, you will have to take an escalator downstairs. Due to the location being a tourist area, expect to pay tourist prices, if you prefer to eat at international chain restaurants. Good experience. Would stay again. Note , you check in on the sixth floor.

The check in desk was very helpful, and met me even though my flight was late and I arrived close to 2:30am. The room was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom was a bit smaller than the photos. But the view from the balcony was amazing (in the photo). It’s within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 minutes, and close to all of the big tourist restaurants in Dadonghai. The location is super great.

As always Sunshine Resort in Sanya is like a home always from home...but with better cooking :) From the warm welcome from Vanessa at the front desk...to all the cleaners, wait staff and pool staff..you are treated as a valued visitor. It is great to see the extra loung chairs at the pool and on the property above the beach and chairs and umbrellas on the beach...well done. A big benefit is the newly developed bosrdwalk that goes the entire lenght of the beach with plenty of food and drink. Also....although I do not have kids here..they always have entertainment on the holidays for the young ones. I will always return the the special...”Sunshine” in Sanya

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

房間非常乾淨， 這次到三亞感覺又大不一樣，物價低了很多，不是旺季真好，人少！ 特別要説這次住的民宿，環境很好，老闆很好，價格便宜，還可以做飯！鍋碗瓢盆都有，衹需要買點簡單的調味就可以自己動手弄海鮮大餐了[憨笑]這次感覺比任何一次感覺都好[呲牙] 備註:這個民宿附近至少有兩個海鮮市場，大市場，免税店，購物中心，離海邊也不遠，還有非常方便的城市電車直達到三亞站！交通特別方便[強]
