Bella Struttura nel sud di San Paolo dove tutto è a portata di mano. Camere molto grandi e davvero molto pulite. Colazione ampia con scelta di ogni genere. Reception sempre attenta nel soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Un applauso al Concierge Enrico, una persona professionale e sempre a disposizione! Bravissimi tutti e da consigliare. Come plus: Toilette riscaldata, non lo si trova da nessuna parte!

酒店是2012年修的好像，房間裏面沒有什麼，相對比較老舊，但是說是富人區，流浪漢各種情況相對好。逛街很近，他們說的奢侈品店可能跟我們想象的有差距。服務態度各種還是不錯的

Just returned from my second stay at Fasano São Paulo and am pleased to say it was as good as the first time. The staff goes out of its way to please it’s guests and maintains extremely high standards. The rooms are impeccably designed with amazing bath supplies, comfortable beds, electric blinds that block out the daylight completely and the welcoming brigadeiros. Fasano, though, is more than just a hotel. The Baretto Jazz Lounge offers excellent live music, the hotel dining options are all exceptional, and there is a mini upscale mall attached to the property, Shops Jardins, that is home to upscale retailers such as Gucci, Chanel, Dior, etc along with top tier restaurants including Makoto. Location cannot be beat with Oscar Freire just a few blocks away and a couple of Santander banks for ATM withdrawals within a 5 minute walk. Extremely safe and upscale neighborhood that attracts a sophisticated, but non pretentious, crowd. Why stay anywhere else in São Paulo?…I know I wouldn’t.

Kelebihan: Lokasi yang baik, perkhidmatan yang baik semasa mendaftar masuk/kawasan biasa, dan kawalan tekanan/suhu yang baik : Caj penuh ($12 hidangan, $55 sarapan pagi, dsb.), penghawa dingin adalah sedikit, sederhana/lembut (pilihan peribadi, bilik) dan, sejak terakhir saya tinggal di sini, keadaan telah berkurangan. Keseluruhan: bilik yang bagus, lokasi yang cantik dan struktur yang baik dan pemandangan kolam renang/kawasan kolej, tetapi saya tidak fikir ia adalah hotel 5 bintang, ia seolah-olah dijual. Saya faham bahawa untuk suite dua orang, tiada sarapan pagi dan 300 orang diraja perlu membayar paling banyak (lihat perbandingan antara Melia Pauls dan Hilton Wattke).

Check-in foi bem rápido e o pessoal da recepção bem atencioso. Quarto bem amplo, cama grande, com trava na porta, cofre, frigobar, ar condicionado, TV, muitas tomadas, bebidas e salgadinhos para você comprar, bancada para trabalhar, espaço para guardar as roupas, espelho grande (muito bom para ver o look de saída). Ótimo experiência.

We booked and confirmed this hotel via *********** and were provided a room number and code via Whatsapp as they do not have a person for checkin. We arrived at 11pm and when we opened the door, found a naked man hastily wrapping a towel around himself. He apparently was provided the same room number and code by the hotel. We could not contact the hotel or *********** so we did not have anywhere to stay. We later tried to contact both *********** and the hotel to get our money back but the hotel would never answer any calls/emails from either us or ***********. We needed to get our credit card company involved to hold back payment. We later noticed that although the hotel had a decent overall review in ***********, all the good reviews just had a ”10” with no comments and the rest had a ”1” with lots of comments regarding issues - many issues regarding access to the rooms. We understand that sometimes hotels have issues, but the fact that they could not even be contacted during or after to resolve the problems is a non-starter for us. We definitely do not recommend.
