Guilherme welcomed us with open arms. Did the check in in a very professional, warm and friendly way. The room we got was very clean. Very nice and the bed was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Doesn’t have slippers in the room, no iron in the room, and it comes with really bad smell

團隊用的酒店，不過還好，房間乾淨、餐廳足夠大，基本不會造成擁堵。 各崗位的工作人員態度都很好，只是前台會英文。 早上從GRU打bolt過來一小時，大概90雷亞爾。 額外另付早餐，倆人一共121雷亞爾。 提前8點入住另付220雷亞爾。

位置比較好在在老市中心，酒店門口餐館也有好幾家挺方便,去日本街打的10分鐘內. 酒店保安很負責，在外面抽煙會來隨時提醒我們，注意手機安全 很不錯…… 酒店房間比較有年代感，總體還過得去， 早餐除了啃麪包真心沒啥吃的……

很舊的房間，湊合住吧。酒店自身還可以，早餐比較crap, 住了幾天後麪就喝杯咖啡吃點水果。外面方便是方便，但安全條件太差了，下次再也不住這個區了。

房間很乾凈漂亮 住宿安全措施也不錯。早餐選擇很多。非常喜歡。位置也不錯

Hotel histórico, limpo, seguro e a alimentação do café da manhã magistral, bem como o atendimento que são proficientes. Fiquei hospedado no Quarto King e recomendo sem ressalvas. Anoto, no entanto, que os cartões precisam ser atualizados, pois alguns não funcionam para acessar ao elevador, por isso houve dificuldades para acessar ao quarto nos momentos que saí. A minha estadia foi célere. Em uma mais longa, não acharia agradável o fato da TV não ser Smart. Contudo, isso não opaca a minha recomendação a quem possa interessar em se hospedar.

老牌連鎖酒店，位置在聖保羅老城區，距離保利斯塔大街比較近，酒店旁邊有一間小超市。 酒店的房間乾淨衞生，走廊有點暗，但是房間燈光很暖。 服務人員很熱心，就是辦理入住和退房的速度需要加快。

我住進酒店才知道是一流文化、歷史名氣的酒店。應是準四星級酒店，按當下價格物有所值。服務彬彬有禮。常規設施，標準化衞生，地理位置尚方便，周邊環境繁忙。英文服務沒保證。我個人喜歡住在這裏。期望更好吧！

地處較安全區域，比較有歷史的酒店，所以設施不新，電吹風還是最老那種，其他各方面還好；前台工作人員服務很友好，保安還提醒不要在路邊拿手機出來；就是要自己注意財物安全。感覺酒店清潔人員手腳不太乾淨，我有天沒有帶錢包出門，結果後面發現少了10美金，因為不是當天發現，已經過了幾天了，所以衹能當不知道在那裡不小心丟了。
