Amazing hotel and position

Gostei bastante do hotel, o quarto é espaçoso e limpo. O hotel tem um ótimo restaurante e é bem localizado

Muito bom, atendimento exclente, localização fantastica, segurança; Adorei o hotel e irei ficar novamente;

acabei perdendo minha diaria pois fiquei no hospital o medico nao deu alta como previsto e paguei uma nova diaria no dia seguinte

Minha hospedagem nesse hotel não foi das melhores. Passei 3 dias pedindo travesseiros. Qq coisa que se pede na recepção é complicado. Não retornaria.

Localizado em uma Área privilegiada

I had work commi**ents near Parque Ibirapuera and this hotel was a great option. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby, and a nice, large room. I'll come back!

My room was large with a balcony and a mini kitchen (needed a few more utensils and microwave was not working). The rooftop area is small but very nice with a pool, sauna, gym and breakfast area. Breakfast was buffet style with many options and the area is close to the airport, the park, several markets and a big mall. Solid choice for Sao Paulo in my opinion.

Amazing hospitality from the staff

The worst check in I have had over the past years. The property as per *******'s rules was supposed to charge my credit card upon check-in only. Unauthorized, they charged my card 24 hours prior to check in, within my free cancellation period. I did not think of cancelling (I should have), but regardless this is bad business practice. I arrived 20 minutes before the check-in time. No rooms available. Long wait for a room where the safe did not work and the balcony doors (on a lower floor) did not close. Back to reception for another room. That room had the exact same issues, which later was fixed, but this is not the point. I asked for a quiet room, not facing the avenue, as it was noisy. Sound proofing was not invented at this location. I got a room facing the avenue. I contacted *******, they were slow and not efficient. Save yourself time and headaches and do NOT stay at this property.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Bem próximo ao parque do Ibirapuera. O quarto é incrível. Espaçoso, conta com uma geladeira de verdade, varanda. Café da manhã muito bom servido na cobertura, onde também se localiza a piscina e há um mercadinho. Ainda no térreo há um restaurante América. Estrutura excelente.
