Good hotel overall. I got put in a handicapped room which is unfortunate though

looks not so good, but location is very well ! service is good

Ótima localização (200m do metrô). Quarto com instalações novas, roupas de camas limpas, novas e de alta qualidade (muito macias). Cama tamanho casal, porem com colchão e travesseiros muito bons. Vedação das janelas quanto a ruídos exteriores excelente (janela esquadrias udinese/gold). Banheiro limpo, sem mofo e possui shampoo, condicionador e sabonete liquido para mãos e sabonete em barra. Fiquei longe do elevador e não fui incomodada por barulhos internos. Apenas o chão do quarto poderia estar um pouco mais caprichado na limpeza. O café da manhã é de um restaurante parceiro, comida básica porém fresca. Pode-se pedir para prepararem na hora omelete ou tapioca. Não havia açúcar mascavo, pedi e providenciaram. Precisei estender o chekout e pude pagar meia diaria sem complicações. Se fosse estender apenas duas horas nada seria cobrado. Quando voltar a São Paulo com certeza me hospedarei aqui.

17m2 房間非常小，房間不提供拖鞋與描述的不符，不提供喝的熱水， 沒有免費的純凈水, 早餐種類少，Google 地圖標記是三星級酒店，攜程是4星，離周圍商場近一些。

附近配套便利方便，醫院、交通、超市和餐廳步行可至。 床跟房間稍小。早餐偏美式，不太合適中國胃。 無熱水供應。

The hotel is in great location. Staff are friendly and all but the communication is hard if you do not speak their language. But all in all I would stay again.

Great hotel, perfect location close to Congonhas airport. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Close to Avenida Paulista, coffee shops and shops. Delicious breakfast options. A+ for sure.

The location and rooms are good, we enjoyed the almost-modern facilities. Air conditioner didn't work well. Housekeeping didn't do our room and the staff really didn't care for the feedback. Valet was quick, but pricey compared to other cities - could be just in Sao Paolo. Overall good.

Despite the staff not really fluent in English, they were so helpful and attended to all of my needs

Great property! The staff were pleasant and rooms were clean, bright but a bit small. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although lots of the sites it’s easier to take an Uber to go see. They have a 24hr coffee machine in the lobby and make sure to get one of the delicious treats upon check in, yum!!

The location is fantastic

Nice location, good staff and we had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was very slow and not working at times.
