The issue was that I mistook making the reservation as I was working so busy and didn't realize was for the next day and I was needed to overnight stay because It was late night, when I came and the man in the reception told me they was needed to charge me for that night and for the next night I had the reservation made through trip.com, I explained that I will only stay the night and later I am traveling, still he didn't put solution and then I requested trip com to refound and they say hotel never replied to the request so they can't do anything,I think we are all persons who can have mistakes and it was not like I didn't show up or want to have something extra, if I was the hotel even the cancelation policy I will refound to the guest in this very special and specific situation or not overcharge.
